Ordered 8# chicken nuggets, they were dry, flat[ ¼" or less] mostly breading, virtually zero chicken.Not going to order this ever again, might not ever return here.

Ordered via drive thru at 8:30. 1 breakfast burrito, 1 breakfast jack, 1 hash brown. Told to drive around and park. 15 minutes later, decide to go in and check in... Ignored the entire time by 3 employees. I watched as my food (already bagged & ready) sat on the counter for 3 minutes until the next persons order was ready so they could walk them out at the same time. They still weren't even going to acknowledge me standing there until I asked if that was my order. I get it's not your fault that you're short-staffed or whatever, but maybe at least try to pretend to care about the customer.

Zero stars! This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I stood at the register for 2 mins while a woman had her back to me and a guy took several trips to run food outside; both saw me. Eventually she asked if I had an online order and I said I needed to place an order. She walked away and made the guy doing drive thru take my order. He barely looked at me and when he didn't know the answer to a question I asked he had her finish taking my order and she was visibly annoyed. They got the order wrong so I had to make another one and throughout these interactions they didn't look at me, didn't say you're welcome when I said "thank you" and after I paid they just walked away without saying anything. When I got the first order, I asked for sauce and he gave me 1 of each and one of them was the wrong sauce (didn't realize til I got home). I had to ask for a carrier, and he threw it on the counter and didn't say anything at all, not even when I said thank you. When my other order was ready I wanted to ask for more sauce but was too worried they were going to act even more rude. There was also no drink flavors other than sugar free in the lobby but I didn't feel like I could ask them to fill it up behind the counter because they were so rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. So you know what I did? I went through the drive thru and order a small fry and tiny tacos JUST SO I COULD ASK FOR RANCH! I didn't need that small fry. They asked me to pull out front which I noticed they did with EVERY customer (Likely trying to keep their times down). I waited 12 mins for the order and then all 4 workers went to the door while they had to COOK bring me my food. They stood there watching for some reason. It made it seem like they were talking about me or had possibly even done something to my food. At no other point when the guy was bringing food outside did they all go over there and wait. So, why me?? I have never received such bad service from anywhere in my life. I could have been rude right back to them but I thanked them, said please and even apologized when I went through the drive thru. For what?

Came in for an online order which was supposed to be ready at 8:02 I ordered my Uber to pick it up and waited almost 20 mins and told it’s a big order but every single drive thru order got done first. Why offer online ordering if it’s not going to be ready if I was on lunch I would have screwed. Not happy customer

Drive thru at night make you park up front to bring your order 30 mins later. Apparently they wait until they have a cluster of orders to go outside. Plus the order i got was wrong.

Jack in the Box is unique as far as fast food restaurants go: hamburgers and chicken along with taco and egg roles. I really enjoyed my smashed classic burger. The service was good. Price-wise, it's a good value. This Jack in the Box is located near Old Town Arvada, Colorado. They treated our group well!

I went for breakfast, the staff was nice. The eggs and hash browns were a bit over cooked, and the price ringing up on the register was not the same price advertised on the breakfast menu.

Never ever have I encountered such a rude person! The girl in drive thru had a snide and snarky attitude like ordering here or picking up an online order was such an inconvenience to her. I ordered in app for drive thru pick up. When I pulled up to the box I hear, "what's your order?" (Can i get a welcome or thanks for choosing? Guess not.) I tell her i have a mobile pick up and my name, response was "ugh, window." As a former food service manager I would have written her up and retrained her. If the behavior didn't change she would be looking for somewhere else to "work." Then there's the food, $8 for half a bowl of greens, 2-3 tomatoes, a sprinkle of cheese, and maybe 3-4 pieces of cold chicken!?! No dressing given, no croutons, no fork? Didn't even eat the so called salad and won't be ordering here ever again. Do better Jack in the Box!

Went through the drive through. Realized I wasn't given my card back so I went back to get it and they claim they didn't have it. Make sure you get your card back. They have a thief there.
