First time ordering and not a lot of confidence. I placed my order online at about 615pm last night, the website says to expect delivery at about 715. No problem, it’s like 3 miles away and there’s a bit of snow, that seems reasonable.I called at about 740 to ask about my delivery, and I’m told tht their system doesn’t even have delivery dispatch until 735pm on my order. Okay, fine. Not happy, but it’s a Friday night, I can deal. My order didn’t even show up until after 830pm. It took over two hours for a single pizza to drive 3 miles. I could have walked there and back faster. No call, no apologies, no nothing.I ordered a single large pizza, with two kinds of pepperoni, extra on both. To give you an idea, the extra costs +$3 each. So I paid an extra $6. Which was fine, because based on the photos on the app, I was expecting enough pepperoni to overwhelm a bottle of Pepto- exactly what I wanted!Not even close to what I got. I for sure got two kinds of pepperoni, but the extra that I wanted? Nope. For the price that this cost, not only should there have been so much pepperoni that you couldn’t see the cheese below, but that should have been gold plated.I don’t think that I can accurately describe just how disappointed I am with this order.So, to sum up. 2+ hour wait for food, didn’t get what I paid for, and because of the wait the pizza was lukewarm at best. It tasted good, but that’s about the only redeeming factor here.

They deliver perfectly hot pizza on time or earlier than they estimate. The delivery drivers are all great. The pizza is outstanding. I hope they pay well because these folks deserve it.

Amazing always! Wish the staff would accept gratuity because this store nails it every time! All I can do is say thank you with words...our economy is in need of a little more! I appreciate Jets Pizza and the wonderful people baking my pies...any style!
I had chosen this establishment over most others . However the manager or store operator is horrible with complaints. . Or customers who point out when orders aren't right . . The first time I complained it was because they had placed the wrong meat on our pizza. . Sausage instead of chicken. gave us a cookie instead of the cinn bites we ordered. . . Today I order deli boats And they were missing all the ingredients off lettuce tomatoes etc. besides the meat. But because I expect to get what I payed for. I was told I am no longer allowed credit due to their mistakes ??That's horrible honestly. . .when. I asked for cooperates number . I was told to look it up.If this guy was the owner you should have known a place like this. If he was a manager. He should be replaced.

Very generic tasting thin crust pizza. Very greasy for the amount of pepperoni that was on my pizza. Got the garlic butter crust and didn't taste anything extra. Also arrived lukewarm at best. Not a very positive experience, maybe there pizza on site is better than having it delivered.

Their Detroit style is really an imitation of my Italian Grandmother's thick crust rectangular pizza. Not quite as good but as close I can get around here.

Jets pizza is always top notch! Yes it’s a little pricey but you can always find coupons somewhere. Love their deep dish 8 corner pizza and huge portions of ranch, will be back.
