First time dining under new ownership. The food was tasteless and sub par for the price. My friends ordered shrimp scampi(not even sure you could call it that, since the shrimp were so tiny and shriveled up), chicken picante, and fettuccine Alfredo. The food was bland across all three dishes. The toasted bread for the burratta was burnt. And the bottle of chianti wine was undrinkable! Don't waste your money!

I got my food to go but the atmosphere was extremely great, the waitress were very friendly and polite. My host was Sophie, and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. I am from NC and wanted some Italian food, and trust me, it did not disappoint…Enjoy

We had dinner at Rossi's last night and it was great! This was our second visit. We had lunch one day a few weeks ago which was also delicious. As a Denver native I grew up in the '60s-'70s traveling from east Denver to my family's favorite Italian restaurants in north Denver: Pagliacci's, Little Pepina's and in Louisville the Blue Parrot where thick noodles were drenched in wonderful red sauce. Those are all gone now. Rossi's brings back all of those old mouthwatering memories! Our first visit at lunch we had great Italian sausage sandwiches with that delicious red sauce and last night's meal was spaghetti for me & lasagna for my wife with salads covered in a just right tangy Italian dressing. The service was quick and efficient with a very friendly staff. The owner was cheerfully visiting tables and chatting with the guests, many clearly regulars with north Denver roots. Oh, and the bar was also very good for a cocktail before dinner and an appropriate glass of Chianti with our meal. The interior was very much the cozy, well appointed feel of a cafe that could have been dropped in complete from Italy. The owner told us that all of the wood in the beautiful bar area had been saved from the old Mt. Carmel church when it was renovated. If you're looking for great red sauce, and other Italian delicacies in a perfect setting Rossi's is now the place to go in the north Denver area!

I love this new restaurant! The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food is absolutely amazingly delicious. The prices are competitive and reasonable. My friend and I closed the place down since we were catching up. They were very nice about the time we spent there haha!Our lemon dessert was to die for! I can’t wait to go back.
