I ordered multiple tacos 3 being Doritos locos tacos and 1 regular crunchy taco with tomato, some drinks, and cinnamon twists, when I got my order the cinnamon twist were missing, when I opened the regular crunchy taco it’s just seemed regular without tomatoes unlike I asked, after taking a bite I tasted and saw the sour cream. The people at the window were nice but the people putting the food together completely messed up on my food so only my boyfriend ate.

This is by far, the best Taco Bell in the area. The staff are so incredibly friendly, the food is always fresh and I love that we’ve never once had to go back or call because food was missing from our order. They are on top of it here! Thank you for your services!

We decided to make a quick stop here on New years Eve. We were so grateful that they were open. It seemed like the gentleman who took our order was not having the best of nights. We had to pull around and wait for our order. The same guy who took our order brought it out. He explained that the majority of his crew had called out, and it was just him and one other associate. I thanked him for his time and gave him a little something for his time. Thanks for sticking it out.

1230am no one else in line in the drive through only us. It took over 10 minutes to order because the worker seemed to be high and had to repeat himself and the order multiple times. After finally finishing the order we paid and they still got the order wrong with an item missing. We went back through the drive through and the employee seemed annoyed we were back. We got the missing item and left. There have been multiple instances of items missing from this Taco Bell and we just wave it off as if it's not a big deal but if we are paying higher prices the. We should at least get our food. I would say we will not be returning again but the Taco Bell off of I 70 and Kippling is even worse. I wish Del Taco was closer.

Had to wait over 10 minutes just to place my order I was the only customer and the employees just stood in the back looking at me but no one waited on me the restaurant was dirty like no one cleaned the dining area the next time I went I had to wait in the drive thru for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledge

My experiences at this Taco Bell have been consistently disappointing. First, their hours are erratic, making it hard to plan a visit. When I do make it there, they often run out of key ingredients, leaving me with limited options. The employees appear disinterested and lazy, and their attitude can sometimes border on rudeness. To make matters worse, there's no dine-in option, forcing customers into the drive-thru, where you may encounter more unfriendly behavior. Overall, this Taco Bell needs significant improvements in service and consistency.
