I rarely eat fast food, maybe 2 or 3 times per year. Today, I was craving a cheeseburger. Wendy's had a long line and BK only had a couple of cars in the drive-thru, so I went to BK. I ordered a small cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce only and a small order of fries. I paid $5.04 and drove away. First of all, the cheeseburger was the size of a slider and top bun could have been used as a door stop. When I opened it up, I saw ketchup, pickles, Mayo and cheese. How can one mess up such a simple order? At least, the fries were ok and the lady at the window was nice. I will not go back.

Sooo when I moved here there was only McDonald’s, Taco Bell and KFC for fast food… there was rumors that there once was a Burger King but the service was so bad that no one would go. It seems that it has been resurrected.I love BK, and was thrilled when they started building this one. Every time we go the wait time is unbelievable. I got a whopper jr meal and an order of fries for my son. We wait for almost 30 minutes. They said it was fries but those only take like 3 minutes to make so I’m not sure what was happening.Sad to say that if there is not a change in service they will probably shut down too. If we really want BK we drive into foco, I suggest you do to. Or you know Wendy’s right there too.
Went in this morning to order food. And the lady that was working there saw me but never came to the front to take my order. Stood there for 5 minutes and she saw me multiple times! Finally had to walk out. Service is terrible! On top of it she had her head phone in. How are we supposed to eat at a place we love when the service sucks and can’t even be helped!!

They seemed like they were understaffed. A simple order placed ahead of time using the app lead to a ten minute wait once I arrived at the store. Also how can a company have a slogan that says "have it your way" and you can't remove anything when trying to customize a burger. Darn shame since the whopper feels like the best burger for the money, however the ones I got were cold and tasted almost stale.

Went there because it says the open at 6am. 9/12/2023, and sat in the drive thru for 15min between 6:10-6:25 saying hello over and over again and get no answer. Two employees inside and clearly working just ignoring drive thru.
