Really short-sighted leadership/ownership of this location. Can't even pay to have yourcone double dipped. Been going to Dairy Queen for 30 years... never had an issue. Until today at the Windsor location. Silly way to do business when you have the solution for your customer and choose not to serve them anyways.

We felt very disappointed. We ordered online so we could have it done by the time we get there. Not only did they not get our order they started making while we waited for them to get it done walking as slowly as they could not even smiling. What a disappointment. The sad thing is that this used to be my choir class at Windsor charter academy. A few of them worked there and was just sad to see them so lazy. You would all enjoy work better if you worked as a team. Working should be focused on not making friends but working. Work life isn’t about friends that home life. Don’t confuse the two. So sad. We were really looking forward to this. Do better.

I drove up to the drive thru window and was told I couldn’t order food because they closed it down for the night. There was still about 30 minutes left until closing. I found that ridiculous. A restaurant is supposed to serve you, they are not supposed to close down until the restaurant closes.

Friendly n ice cream is sooo good. A Lil pricey but worth it. I love that I can have chocolate ice cream instead of just vanilla. A variety of ice cream treats.

The lobby was not open. Only the drive thru was open. Long line in the drive thru.
