Went to pickup an order for 4 pizzas and they missed one of them on the order. I’m usually understanding but the girl immediately had an attitude about how everything was put away and how we had to call to order the last one. The pizza we received had multiple slices that had nothing on them. Whoever made this should be embarrassed. I cannot believe they charged me 20 dollars for this pile of dough

The drivers drive through the neighborhood at astronomical speeds with no regard of families, kids, pets, etc. I know everyone is short staffed but hiring people who risk others safety is not the answer. I did speak to a manager who apologized immensely, hopefully we see changes in the future.

Ordered a 2 liter coke, didn't receive it.Tried to get a refund online and they don't allow it.Tried to call the place and they offered me store credit on my next dessert or something weird. This was after listening to their phone system annoyingly tell me that they're hiring several times first in the cringiest voice possible.If you don't deliver something, YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. Period. It's only like $4, but you shouldn't be allowed to just steal my money and not give me anything in return. Screw whoever came up with this policy.This is the final straw on a long list of issues with Dominos, I'm giving up on them. The chain that I once loved now has very poor management and serves incredibly underwhelming food.

This location service timnath, and I’ve been a regular customer, I have an issue with my order and try to speak to at the store and they answer me someone at the call center out of the country. This person told me that I will have a credit for my next order. I call today to ask about that “credit” and also about an issue I have with my app. Manager name “Mike” was completely rude when I ask him about his supervisor phone number since he couldn’t answer Any of my questions and also stated that he was not obligated to give me any information about the franchise phone number or supervisor. Horrible service today I hope someone in this franchise read and take actions and how to teach managers how to handle complains or simple customer questions.

Horrible, horrible service! I waited 45 min in store for a pizza. Several people came in and ordered after me and they picked up their pizza before me. I asked several times and I was told was 2 min away. In the end I gave up and left upset and without it. I do not recommend the store. The wait and the nerves will kill any appetite.

I’ve always had fantastic and consistent experiences at this particular store—the food is always fresh and prompt and I’m always treated well. However, my visit today exceeded even those high expectations. There was an inconsistency with an online coupon that was offered to me last week and when I asked about it, the store owner not only honored the coupon, but was very gracious and generous as well. This owner and employees truly care about their customers. Thank you again for your kindness!

Feel bad for the one person that works there having to deal with all the orders and everything else at the store. You could tell how overwhelmed he was. Shows the irresponsibleness of the Owners/managers. Pizza was still raw, was never ready when we came to pick it up, ran out of dipping sauces but yet stillCharged us for it, pizza wasn’t made correctly and had everything we specified in the order not to have. Would not recommend at all. The absolute worst pizza we’ve ever had and the worst experience too. I would upload the pictures but I don’t want you to lose your appetite.

Every time we've tried to order from here they have screwed it up. Tonight we decided to give them one last shot since we're exhausted from spending the day at a funeral.We ordered a pepperoni pizza. The online tracker said it was cooked and went into "quality check" at 5:30. At 6:20 we called them and they said something like "Oh yeah sorry we made it but then something happened. I think they didn't put it in the oven. We'll make another one."Really? Nobody was going to call us or let us know so that we could make other arrangements? Just going to take the money and not deliver our order? It's a bummer since it's the only joint around but there's no point in even trying with them anymore.

This location has been hit or miss, I’m thinking they are a victim of their own success given they are the only delivery option in Timnath. Their pizza is often overdone and the last pies I ordered with double cheese had virtually no cheese and the chicken bites seem to be a victim of the times, 6 small quarter sized nuggets for $6….come one. I’ve also experienced issues with using gift cards. To their credit the manager corrected the issues but it’s been spread out over multiple orders.
