I usually get the slices n Stix and my family and I usually love it but it's been getting worse and worse over time. The last time I visited it was terrible. It was hard and cold and thin and crispy. My breadsticks were old and seemed like they had been sitting at room temp all day. They did give me a new pizza and breadsticks but had to go all the way back to the store to get it.

Very cute decorations, had a little gumball/ pinball machine, a Christmas tree and the workers were very nice .

Had GrubHub deliver my pizza last night. Not sure who to blame for the pizza being cold. But I can definitely blame Little Caesar for not cooking it fully. It was a cold rubbery raw pizza. What a waste.

Okay so first of all, I called in and just wanted one pizza with mushroom, green peppers, olives, and beef on a thin crust but instead I got only sass served to me by this guy named Zach. He took my order and slammed the phone down and I waited until he told me to pick it up at 4:30. I get there and this one employee named Jeremiah came up to me, nice at first, but after he told me my pizza wasn’t ready yet since they “ran out of thin crust”, things got heated. How does one run out of thin crust? Jeremiah started insulting my outfit and how I was entitled. He told me to “wait until your food is done in ten minutes.” I turned around and headed back into my 2022 Ford F-150. I waited and waited, assuming someone would come bring it out to my 2022 Ford F-150 truck since I’ve been disrespected this whole time and that’s the least they could do. I locked eyes with Jeremiah through the window and motioned for him to come out to my 2022 Ford F-150 truck. He came out with the pizza, all smiles. Jeremiah handed me my pizza and as he was leaving, I saw him have a key in his hand and was dragging it across the side of my 2022 Ford F-150 truck. He ran inside and locked the door before I could catch him. I calmed myself down and decided to go back into my 2022 Ford F-150 truck and eat my pizza I worked so hard for. I opened the box to the sight of old used rags and parmesan on top of raw dough. I was furious and threw the monstrosity at the window and drove off. NEVER coming back.

Ordered the food at 6:01. Said pizza would be ready 6:25-6:30. No code was sent in the app and was stuck on screen. I went in and they couldn’t find my 3 pizzas and cheese bread. Yet the lady that walked out looked like she had exactly my order but hey she drove off.I asked if I can have a refund or how long my pizzas would take. Guy in charge Zach did not know what he was doing. He looked new and very young. I waited for 20-25 min for him trying to figure out with the refund or if he was gonna make my pizzas. I asked for a cash refund, as he better on my side since the jacked up my order and I can go else where. He got his manger on the phone as her name was Selma. She was so rude and stuck up for the employees wrong doing and didn’t not even apologize. Will not go back here due to the service and management. Waisted hour of my time which I did not appreciate that!!!

Paid extra for 2x mushrooms and this is what I got… 10 pieces of mushroom. Tried calling to resolve the issue, however their voicemail-box is full and the call would not go through. I also had to cook the pizza longer as the dough was borderline still raw. Do better!

PLEASE read, it's about more than pizza, and being 'right or wrong' as a customer in some scenarios:This experience was pretty frustrating. Paid over $20 with tip for a pretty modest-sized, undercooked to the extent of being nearly-raw, pizza. Very frustrating/discouraging. After the first bite, called and spoke with Vulema C., who said she was the store manager when I asked for assistance/wanted to correct an easily-remedied scenario. She refused to offer a refund and asked that I take the effort/spend more time and energy to come back to the location, to show that the pizza/product was raw and "return" it. I had just given my dog anxiety medicine for looming thunderstorms/fireworks and explained that this wasn't possible. It felt like Vulema was telling me that she didn't believe me. :0I was able to cook the pizza again in my home oven, later in the day, just by the slice vs all at once, which was better than nothing, and realized I am grateful to have the ability to do so, to have a place to be safe, to have food, period. The food didn't go to waste, and I called back around 1:05 to tell Vulema that I found a solution and wanted to explain I was really stressed about doing the right thing by my dog, and I was worried, but really wanted to let her know that maybe I overreacted, I wasn't sure, but people matter, too. The phone rang, no answer, which was a bummer, because I really wanted to tell her that if I was rude to her, it was because I was worried about my dog and the storms, and to apologize, to tell her I found a solution, and she was probably just trying to do her job. I just wish we could have talked about it together. Right now, the news is covering yet another mass shooting, 5 killed in Philadelphia, 2 children, twins, shot with their mother, now hospitalized. It breaks my heart. The big stuff matters, the little stuff doesn't. I am trying to remember to stay grateful and try to be humble, even if you disagree with someone. Our world needs more healing, not complaints. I hope Vulema answers my call maybe later on, even if she sees my number come up on the ID. I want to tell her I appreciate that she tried, even if I disagreed. I think we all need each other, a lot more than we may realize. We are all on the same team; we just have to open our eyes, ears, hearts, spirits...and see how true it is. Thanks for reading this.♡

Don’t get delivery!!! They handed our order to door dash, after they got in the car they canceled the order. They just refund your money, not try to make it right and make another order quickly

Was about to get food, walked out after watching presumably the manager handle ready food without gloves. I honestly don't care how it tastes at that point. I cant stand improper food handling.

Went into the store to place my order tonight. After repeating my order and having the employee behind the counter repeat my order back to me one would assume the order would be correct. When I got home with my pizzas I realized that not one but all of my pizzas were wrong. When I called back and asked that the store make this mistake right, the manager told me to bring the food back. I live on the other side of town and didn't think it was right for me to have to bring the food back and wait for them to remake the order when my order took longer than expected to begin with. My family will never be ordering food at the Little Caesars ever again. The least Tamilla the manager could do was apologize but I didn't even get that when I called in to complain.
