It's crazy to go to a fast food restaurant (especially McDonalds) and they do not have any napkins, condiments or drink machines out. NONE. On top of that EVERY single table had trash and receipts just left out uncleaned. Employees sit in the dining area and play music pretty loud for everyone to hear. I'll just say I'm probably not going to visit this McDonalds for a while.

I waited over 30 mins for 2 mc doubles, standing at the counter with no more than 5 people in the whole building and just 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru, regardless of the fact that they had plenty of staff. Multiple times while waiting a number of different employees walked by the register, looked right at me, and continued to ignore me and the elderly couple who waited for 10 mins to ask if they were still serving breakfast, after waiting for that 10 mins they ended up just asking me and when I told them they weren't they left.Parking: The parking lot has potholes and bumps that will test your cars suspension

The ABSOLUTE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HADTodays date is 10-22-23 @11:00The morning manager is RUDENO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH.NO ONE AT THE FRONT COUNTER TO TAKE YOUR ORDER.Took me 27 minutes to get 3 happy meals and a drink.Pretty tired of trying to call and get a higher up to express my frustrations and not being able to get ahold of ANYONE.I’ve even tried calling different stores within the small family of McDonald’s around here and no one has been helpful or even able to understand me when I call

So i haf to pick up a doirdash order from drive through. They tell us go to 2nd drive through window and we did. The manager sticks his head as we approach the 2nd window and says what just happened i said with what he said you not paying i said its a door dash just like you told me to do. I will not go to this one again i promise. Doing doir dash you go to a lot of places. This one customer service related was beyond horrible. Made me feel like i did something wrong all i did wad listen to them.

Very poor excuse of a restaurant. Poor service! Have to use a kiosk to order and pay and if you need assistance it is terrible service: employees ignore customers, kitchen is cluttered, no organization evident with staff responsibilities, staff has their noses in their cell phones, terrible presentations of food…. I know it is fast food, but take a little pride in your work.
