An actual celiac friendly restaurant in my area! ?I had the guacamole bacon burger on a GF bun and it was the best burger I’ve had in years. AND it’s the first time in years that I’ve been able to order the tortilla chips made in house since they DO have a dedicated fryer! ?Food is delicious, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and place was clean. Peculier Beer has an awesome atmosphere and plenty of seating! The staff is nice and the food is delicious. We got the street corn, Brussels, Mac n cheese and they were great! The street chicken taco was okay. I had the schwarzbier and it was great! You can get a flight of beer and try multiples! The 305 beer was really good and surprising! This brewery is a 4.5-5 stars!

Went someplace else only to find that they were closing soon (4:30 ). Or so. I try not to get mad about all of the crazy hours places are keeping but honestly it frustrates the hell out of me. Peculiar thankfully isn’t closing too early on a Sunday. They were closer to home anyway… should have come here first!
