Well I gave this dump one more chance I ordered on their $12 any crust any topping special my bill came to 15.34 they charge to my credit card 18.41 when I told the guy he said there wasn't anything they can do about it they went ahead and gave me back my 1534 or they're supposed to anyway but I'm just screwed out of the $3 just for the pleasure of dealing with them. I will never make the mistake again

Ordered on line, curbside pickup was offered but not available during checkout.Arrived at the time stated for pickup, pizza was warm more like on the cold side. Pizza was dry and had little items on it for a meat lovers pizza. Hardly any sauce. Needless to say will never go again.

Have not ever successfully ordered at this Pizza Hut simply due to them being out of pizza crusts EVERY time we have tried to give them a chance. Epic fail 3 for 3 over a span of a few months at this place. Unfortunately there’s not a 4th strike.

So when you order food and spend $59 on pizzas and let your husband pick them up.. only to not get the extra wings you ordered but you didn’t even get the right pizzas you ordered.. I ordered bacon and ham and a veggie lovers pizza well don’t think either one of them are correct.. You call they say they’re going to send you a $10 credit and don’t do it.. That’s what our work ethic is these days…. Never again

Didn’t get a knock on the door and didn’t even get a call or text and the website wasn’t updated that my pizza was delivered I called and was put on hold right away and when they got to me I was told my pizza was left on the floor outside. It’s Colorado and 28 degrees outside my dinner is frozen. Thanks Pizza

Ordered 1 large stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks38$… I asked if they could break a 100$ bill and they said “sure thing”Then my food shows up cold and shaken up.Then they didn’t have enough change to give me. And expected me to take 25$ back from a 38$ total after handing him 100$My sauces were missing and I called to ask them to bring me more change and my sauces and when my sauces arrived it was the wrong one’s and I still got shorted 12$ after it was said and done.Food wasn’t that good either..this is why I usually order local and pay the little extra $.

Ordered several pizzas at 530. Received confirmation at 539 that our order would take 25-35 minutes. I called after one hour and offered to come pickup our order I was told it was out for delivery already and would arrive in 15 minutes. Another hour later my husband's just goes to the store to pickup the order. He's told its been to long and they will have to cancel the order and it would be 48 hours for a refund. At 740 they refused to make our order and said they were going to close soon even though they are open for several more hours. Now I'm scrambling to feed my house full of 7 year Olds sleeping over. Super disappointed.
Pretty disappointing all round. Pizza was like cardboard and expensive. Floors were very dirty and they had just opened fire the day. Don’t ever see myself going back to a Pizza Hut

My son is currently employed with Pizza Hut! He was having chest pains while working. He is a minor btw. No manger or anything called me or my wife.He was in pain and discomfort and couldn’t even walk from the back of the store to the front. Pizza Hut failed to take care of my son as they did not call emergency services but just left him sitting there. My son contacted me and my wife Saying he was in danger from his chest pains. I informed Pizza Hut at 7:08 to manger that he was in the ER checked in and needed to speak to a higher manger. I had to call 3-4 times for an area manger Amy to call me. Sadly she was not empathic or at least sympathetic, but instead defensive about the situation. She said she was away from her phone attending dinner. I guess her dinner was more important.Pizza Hit can care less about there employees! Top that off he ain’t getting paid much at all here!!!
