My recent carry out experience at Roma Windsor left me thoroughly impressed and eager to share the joy of Italian cuisine and customer service done right. I order from Roma quite often, probably 2-3 times a month but have never taken the time to write a review . From my online order to pick up, it usually goes off without a hitch. This past time there was a mix up and I received someone else's order. I phoned the restaurant and the person I spoke to was very apologetic and quickly offered to remake the order or give me a credit. Accidents happen and they did everything they could to make it right. This is the first time in probably 30-40 orders. Kudos! It was clear that they take great pride in their craft. We usually order caroli's, pizza and occasionally lasagna. You can count on the food being fresh and great tasting. The food is made when ordered and is ready when they promise. Overall, my experience at Roma Windsor was nothing short of exceptional. If you're craving Italian cuisine made with love and passion, look no further than Roma!

My husband took our two grandchildren in to eat pizza. This was about 4 o’clock in the afternoon. He came home about 6:30 looking extremely ill then at about 2:30 in the morning he started throwing up with diarrhea.He was still throwing up with diarrhea around 10 AM so we took him to the doctor and it was determined that he had food poisoning, we called my daughter To see if the kids got sick and one of the twins was throwing up at the same time in the middle of the night. What does it take to make your restaurant safe for people to eat there! My husband is immunocompromised and he Is so sick! He has to be on a special diet for at least two days to try to flush this out of his system. It cost us $100 to get all of the foods and drinks that he needs to get better, so it was not an inexpensive meal for us. We contacted the Health department and they will follow up but I just wanted to let the public know that they need to be very careful eating in this restaurant. If there was a way I could give them negative stars I would!!!! When you go out to eat, you don’t expect to be sick afterwards! ?

It took the server 35 min to realize the kitchen never received our order. We would have asked about it if she'd come by for the last 20 minutes before we gave up and left.

Great food, food service, and no issues with wait time or speed of any service. My favorite dish is the spaghetti and meatballs with maranera sauce. Bread that comes with the meal is good just simple toasted plan sliced bread. Did a carry out and food was hot and all correct to my order and they also can provide a soft drink if you order one with your meal to go which I did and I found it equally divided between liquid and ice. All in all, a good meal. Wish we had a Roma's in Fort Collins as it's as great as the out of business Caninos was back in the day before the owners retired and sold their building to a bakery shop. No good Italian other than Olive Garden but they even don't have the great spaghetti and meatballs Roma in Windsor and Greeley has!

When we first moved here 4 1/2 years ago, we frequented Romas and thoroughly enjoyed it. We went recently and will never go back. Things have definitely changed. We ordered our food (4 of us) and about five other tables that came in after us were served before us. We politely asked the wait person what was taking so long with our food. She was rude and lied to us that the calzone takes longer. We watched the food service stand and the calzone we had ordered was sitting there and sat there until she turned in or corrected the rest of our order. There were 4 of us. We know that calzone was ours because it's the one she picked up and served us. Then a few minutes later, she served one pasta dish and then about 4-5 minutes later she served our other two dishes. So the calzone was eaten by one of us at the table before the other two even got our pasta dishes. It was ridiculous, but we did get our meal for free. That was not our goal and I don't like that they didn't charge us for our meal. What I don't like is that we was treated rudely, lied to and they did not apologize.

Been eating Roma for 26 years and have loved their Carolies . This particular location has not been good the few times we have had the food. Spent $68 on 3 Caroili and a salad. The salad had alot of the pink rusty lettuce and the Carolies were all flat and barely had anything in them. Called and the manager was very apologetic and said that our next meal was on them.

Great price great food! The noodles are thick which are my favorite and the sauce is amazing! Love the pepperoni and cheese bread. Definitely going back!

Just odd experience. Table of 4 and one person’s food got forgotten??? Still had to wait another 15 for that. Wasn’t until the next day eating the leftovers (because I had to take it to go at that point) the sausage was still PINK undercooked!!!!We’re even came early the prior evening so the restaurant was NOT busy at all. What’s with waitstaff clothing choices? Is there no dress code??? Also the cooks long hair all hanging down.. like tie that up at least!!! Pull it back. I expected more from a “full service” dining establishment . Quality has degraded immensely everywhere. Won’t be back.

This pizza and Italian food place is always extremely consistent and by far my favorite pizza place in Windsor Colorado always amazed by the fantastic service and pizza and salads and Italian food. Can't say enough about it probably the only place I go though in Windsor anymore.
