Talk about a very well done pizza. This is one of my personal favorite pizza joints. I understand they are very busy the few time I've gone. But worth the wait absolutely delicious the flavors just wow it was everything to me and my kids loved it.

Calzones here are delicious. A friend got a meatball sab that looked pretty good too. Staff are friendly and work pretty fast to get food out.

Call the manager after waiting almost 2 hours after placing my order for delivery. I get told they don't know what happened to the order, probably got delivered to the wrong address. No apology whatsoever. I ask for a refund. They tell me because it was an online order, they can't issue me a refund on my card. I'll have to come into the store to get my money back. Looks like I'll have to do a charge back on my card. Great way to do business. Won't be back.

The pizza was fine, but the establishment left lots of room for improvement in cleanliness. The place had just opened, so no reason for this. Pizza was good enough to get again, but the site needs to be cleaner.

Best tasting pizza in town. I like their thinner crust which makes the topping taste come through more flavorful. They are quick...2 large 2 topping pizza plus cheesy bread in less than 20 minutes. Friendly and respectful workers. Brick oven is more expensive, but coupons can bring the price down. My favorite pizza place to have delivered or picked up!

We have ordered pizza and salad from here for several years ordered med and salad and 6 wing's was told it was 41.85 sorry it's good food but I will not pay a delivery fee that the driver doesn't get I always tip the drivers good but prices are too high for what you get

We have ordered pizza from WBOP for a while. Normally it is fairly good. Tonight we placed an order online. We didn't receive a confirmation email so I called in about 40 minutes after the order was placed to confirm our order was received. I was told yes and it was currently being made. I called in again about 45 minutes later to check on the status and was told it was on its way. Both times I provided my name and number for confirmation. After another 40 minutes, I called to check in and was told WBOP never received our order. I expressed my frustration that multiple times I was told our order was in process. I asked the gentleman on the phone why I was told our order was in process when it never received and his response was unprofessional and dismissive. The dishonesty is why WBOP is receiving one star.

Worst pizza we’ve both had in a long time. Thought we’d try it as a diversion from our favorite (Pelican Joes) but are not looking forward to leftovers (each got our own) Had the Chicken Alfredo and build your own sausage with veggies. Just blach.

Huge slices that get better with every bite! If I lived in Windsor, I would several times a month for lunch! Very reasonable prices for dine-in as well.
God I love brick oven so much, I feel very welcome here, all of their pizza is delicious and I try to eat here at least 3 times a week, delivery time is quick and employees are always nice. Of all the employees the manger and owner are by far the best people you can have make your pizza, always fresh and warm. If anyone has not had their pizza I recommend a spicy Italian and their cheese styx for a side. I’m gonna come here every week till I die.

A solid three stars. Pizza, great. Price, meh. Delivery folks, great. Restaurant staff, not good. Ill-trained is the best description for them. I probably won't go back. There's plenty of other options

Would give a zero star if possible. We ordered a supreme with only half sausage because my wife doesn't eat sausage but the pizza we received was ALL SAUSAGE. ALSO ZERO VEG ON A SUPREME WHICH IS WEIRD. We brought the pizza back to them untouched and they claimed \"it is ground beef\" but I tasted it and it was NOT ground beef. We asked for a remake/refund and the kid behind the counter was more interested in the girl chatting him up than taking care of this issue. We asked for a refund BEFORE 9pm (closing time) but he \"couldn't do it because he already closed the tills for the night\" at 845pm... I was then stuck with a pizza that was undercooked, incorrect and could not be eaten. HORRIBLE service and pizza. I will not be back no matter what you offer me. I refused the charge through my bank and you all need to reevaluate your staff.
