Today my husband and our daughter went to Wing Shack and it is THEE BEST place for chicken wings. The price is perfect and the food was totally out of this world. The wait staff were all very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect. I definitely recommend this restaurant to all who like chicken wings. Enjoy

It's okay but not great. The staff is usually kind, but the food takes so long to come out. It's all fried, but my husband likes the Mozzarella sticks, and I like their chips. The mushrooms aren't good, never done in the middle. The traditional wings have very little chicken on them, but they're okay.
Ordered delivery our first night in Windsor, tipped well for the inconvenience of late deliveries. Underwhelming would be am overstatement. Small, cold wings; half went in the trash.

My granddaughter, 10 wanted to come here. Her brother, 8 did not (he was the smart one). Since I have never been I voted yes... what a mistake! It took 40 minutes to get our food and everything was cold. When the waitress, and I use that word loosely, brought our food she gave us two of those paper trays (i guess they're plates) and three napkins. Come on, were talking wings. I had to ask for another tray and napkins. I wished I knew our food was cold then but I didn't know because we were waiting for more napkins. The wings were floating in sauce and they looked like they came from a baby bird they were so small. What a waste of $50 (20 wings, 1 fry, 1 cheese sticks two small drinks and one watered down cocktail. Five tables and they couldn't pull it off. Never going back.

Food is fine, but they shutdown the focus on their dinning room and place the emphasis on carryout and delivery. You can get better service from McDonald's. You order from a QR code and do the work yourself. Of course, you still get the tip line. Why change locations to expand seating?

I've always loved wing shack, but this last visit was exceptional! Brandon gave us BEYOND amazing service, and we look forward to returning to see him again :) thanks, man! The drinks were swift and amazing, the wings and fries were probably better than ever, and the service was exceptional!

Have been here three times in the last month, every time gets worse and worse. Wait 45 min for food and always comes out ice cold. Service is horrible. The one in Milliken is night and day difference so I know it can be good. Need new management
We recently relocated to windsor from greeley and have never waited this long for an online order from wing shack. The staff was beyond stressed, order was late and customers were upset. From the time I ordered it took 1.5 hrs to get my food. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes after I was told my order was ready. I feel bad for the staff. Albeit, Food was still delicious as always.

Well to start this is our 4th visit and they were off to a great start in the beginning however the lack of attention has drastically dropped. Today I sit here going on 25 minutes still waiting for my beverage after requesting it 2 times to the sever which seems lost at his job. He wandered around with our tray looking for the right table. Finally went up to the bar and asked for a third time. Kids are done with their wings and now I just received my beverage. Super annoying when the establishment isn't even busy.
