We stopped going to Taco Bell for close to a year because there wasn't a single time we'd go, that they wouldn't mess something up. We decided try again last night, bc it was 9 and we didn't have time to make dinner. Every single burrito was cold and skimpy (mostly tortilla). And one person told my husband the fryer was down and that they couldn't make our 2 large fries, and asked to substitute it with chips. Not what we wanted and not close to the same value, we said no, and asked for something of equal value. After a while, a different person came up to him and said "we found just enough fries for your 2 orders." I thought it was because the fryer was down? When my husband gets home with the food, we see the skimpy quality of the burritos, and the 2 large fries were only half full at best. He goes back to Taco Bell today, to show them a picture, and ask for the fries to be remade, and then has to wait 45 mins just for those 2 fries. Get it together, guys. It's not like we're expecting much, but even for fast food, this is embarrassing.

My husband and I get Taco Bell about twice a month up here in Woodland. But the last 6 months or so, I haven't had a single order right ever. They're always messing up our food, and almost every time I order something off of the veggie menu it ends up with a heap of ground beef in it instead of black beans. I've become overly frustrated with the service and attention to detail here. I worked fast food for 8 years of my life in total and it's not hard to just read what's on the screen/ticket and make it that way. I don't understand how they consistently mess up our orders. I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito today and got a burrito with beef and cheese. I just don't understand. They also forgot 2 of our items. They never add extra of anything when you pay for it. It's super frustrating. I absolutely understand having to train people, but management needs to fix this asap. It's getting very ridiculous. We will no longer be coming to this Taco Bell. We will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one on 31st street which is always hot, fresh, and made correctly.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken bowl, burrito supreme, and 2 chili cheese burritos. Was told they didn't have forks or spoons so I ordered a side of chips for my bowl. Was asked to wait in the parking lot (we were the onky car in line)? We waited 30 minutes while watching employees looking like they were at a rave party, foul language, they came out with their food and finally went in and asked for our food. They were just then making it. And guess what.. they had forks. I also ordered no cheese or sour cream on my bowl as I'm allergic. It came with both. Didn't realize until we were home and it was an hour later from when we ordered.

Had over a fifteen minute at the drive through , then did not even get what was ordered. I called to complain and of course no one answered my call. I will not return, what a waste of my time and money.

The Woodland Park Taco Bell had been a convenient place for me to stop at in the morning on my way from work, but over the past few months they seem completely incapable of opening on time. Tried again later in the day to be greeted with abysmal customer service. Also would love it if they would stop removing some of their most delicious items from their menu so often.

No matter what time of day, it seems like everyone who works here gets lazy with the food preparation. I never get a food item that looks or has the same amount of ingredients on it. Even when taking my order.. it could all be better.

I am speechless. Taco bell needs to be shut down.Terrible service and food was horrific. Next time you go here order a pack of cinnamon twists and leave.
