This is a new mobile kitchen discovered by me I had to add this to Google because this is a must try for down-home good food. So far I have tried the green chili and the beef brisket both were five stars in my opinion the brisket had an extremely good Smoky flavor not too overwhelming and extremely moist. I have never tried green chili before but I have to say I am a new fan of this delightful dish. Today is the Fourth of July and I think I'm going to set up camp next to this food truck because wow it is good. Also make sure you put something in the tip jar it goes to help overseas missions that are doing wonderful things to help people. And the owner operator is local here in woodland Park please help support this great food truck.
