My wife on 4/20/24 went thru the drive-thru to get a Cobb Salad. The price on the menu was $8.19 when she was charged at the window it was $8.49. She had to explain to 3 different people that what they were doing was bate and switch, which is illegal. She finally got the difference back.I went this morning to get the Chicken Maple Bacon on a croissants. First the drive-thru menu was not the breakfast menu, The person on the speaker did not have a command of the English Language, didn't say "How can I help you" she said "Hello" I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. She finally said come to the window. I told her what I wanted, she asked if I wanted that on a bun or a croissants? I said it is your standard sandwich. A guy finally handed me the bag, I got home and what a surprise there was no maple.Something wrong with their roof drainage as water is flowing right in the middle of the pickup window.We have been here for about a year and a half and the service at this Wendy's is terrible, both staff and what you order isn't what you get in price, quality and correctness.We are DONE!

They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for the food they serve.Every time I get food from them. It's always wrong Or something's missing, Do you think you could count a 4 piece Chicken nugget ???? like it's that hard.And then every time they hand me a drink the lid is always leaking out of the top and dripping down the side of the cup so then my cup holder is always filled with wet liquid. Do you think you could have the common courtesy to wipe the cup off before you hand it out of the window.And they have the audacity to up the pricing on their menu, I think the town should vote to replace wendy's with a different fast food restaurant.Or possibly just flat in the whole building and make more parking for City Market.Anybody else with me let's voteI recommend nothing!!!!There's too bad. There's also not an option on here. So I can upload pictures of I bought today. It's absolutely pathetic

I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, especially a franchised one, but the service was abysmal and I didn't even get all of my food in their attempt to rush me off even though it was slow. I didn't even have a chance to ask for sauce or anything. I will never go to this location again, and honestly Wendy's as a company has dropped in my eyes a bit after this. Truly remarkable how poorly I was treated.

Service seems to be going downhill. Unfortunately, they are never staffed with employees that can handle a lunch rush so service is slow and orders are often inaccurate. The individual taking my order couldn't stop laughing to hear my order correctly, I got to the window and checked my order for accuracy, waited much longer than usual, then my burger was not correct. Fortunately, this was not an issue over allergies or I would be extremely upset and doing more than leaving a decent review.

Origionally gave this location 4 stars back in 2018. Current day (2024) this restaurant has gone down hill over the past year and a half. They close early if they see a school bus pull in. Deny service to groups less than 20 if they can't close due to "short staff" and IF they serve school kids on sports outings passing through they always mess up the orders and argue about it instead of fixing the problems. We will no longer be stopping here.
