Food taste so bad. 4/3/24 woman upfront had a mean attitude. Forgot lots of my stuff and got upset when I ask. Refuse to help. Get her fired!

Place is good. But their gift card reader is busted. 3 times we have used NEW gift cards. And it will have an error. But swiping it again shows that all the balance is gone. BEWARE!

I stop in here easily once or twice a week since I work very close by and the service, food, and staff are all great. While I wouldn't call my order complicated, I do have a standing "special request" for a couple extra Southwest vinaigrette on the side and every time the staff sees me they grab it for me. It may be a small thing, but working in this industry I know attention to detail matters. While I don't know any individual names of the employees, I recognize the same few people most time and just wanted to give them a shout-out, hoping that the company and management above them takes notice. This work isn't easy and I appreciate them!

I ordered online for a pickup time for 1124 and I arrived 10 minutes later and i had been told my order was badly burned because there was a big rush order. I waited for them to remake my order and finally was remade around 1140. At the end of it, they only threw in one small container of salsa, when I should have gotten an extra for the wait and inconvenience of my order not being ready on time the way it was supposed to be made. I don’t understand why Moe’s is so stingy with their salsa. The Avon location is always understaffed and then they don’t make it know they are apologetic about any inconveniences with the order.

Came in on a Friday evening. What steak-out will take 10 minutes even though chicken was on the grill. Pinto beans- out no move to replenish them. Needed queso for the nacho order- out. Need 10 minutes to make more. At that point we were OUT. Left the order sitting there so maybe the disengaged crew could eat no beef no queso no beans and now cold nachos. This wasn't the first time for poor service however it will be a long time before we ever sniff this Moes again.

Just came in for a meal for my family and I. we paid an extra $10 for queso which is ridiculous. we tried doing online order and every time we end up having to order in the store. when we questioned why we were paying almost $50 for a three person meal on MOES MONDAY the not so nice crew member started going back and forth with us. we never have a pleasant experience when we come here, it's always something going on. this is most likely the last time we come.

I have ordered takeout from here three times. Twice there was hardly any meat in my burrito bowl. Calles, theyboffered anfree one at a later date. Went for that, they got the food right but charged me for the meal (i had gotten a soda that i needed to pay for but they charged for bowl too before i realized. Tonight ordered takeout, get home and again almost no meat. For $15 thats just not ok. Probably wont be going back.

HORRIBLE!!! asked THREE TIMES nicely to fix their rock and roll sauce because it was literally just vinegar and had white stuff floating in it. all they did was bring it to the back take out the floating stuff and come back. asked again and same thing. not only that but the portion sizes are so bad. the sour cream was literally a tiny little squirt and my bf got no corn. it's on a receipt in front of you it's not that hard. i would much rather spend more money at chipotle and get smaller portions than to deal with incompetent people who can't listen and do their jobs. praying they close down because wtf

Got just about everything wrong on my online order for a salad. Forgot 4 out of the 7 toppings…impressive. Didn’t realize it until I got home and not worth the trip back. I guess you really need to stand there and point to everything for them to put it on.

I prefer Chipotle any day. Food was a bit bland, I like mine spicier.

Used to be good ... failing now. Nowhere is the term "death spiral" more clear than with restaurants. Once they start sinking, you rarely see them even out & work their way back. Unfortunate in this instance, because the Avon Moe's used to be a reliable 3 to 3.5 stars. A cut above standard fast food for sure. They had plenty of energetic staff, they were sometimes generous with the taco ingredients, the 'welcome to Moe's' greeting was cheerful. But the last few times I've been there, they're more like a 2.5 ... staff seems bored or unhappy or both, one or two salsa tubs are empty or near empty, perhaps the soda machine isn't working right, maybe they give what seems like a half-order of chips. The taco meat might as well be applied with an eye-dropper. But the most recent visit was noticeably worse. A Friday at 5:15 pm in mid-spring: dinner rush when they should be absolutely hopping. Instead, there was one - count 'em, one - customer, a lady who was being served at the counter. From the entrance, I saw only two workers: one serving that customer, the other moving things on the counter. Problem is, neither of them bothered to acknowledge the new customer standing there ... and standing there ... and standing there. Where is the management of this staff? Waiting in a crowd is one thing, waiting when there are two employees and just one actively served customer isn't ok. And what does this say about the restaurant's business ... evidence of just two workers at a Friday dinner rush. Serious understaffing. But also way too few customers - not surprising, since they couldn't handle the TWO that they had. Can't imagine the backup if they had the 10 to 12 customers that they should have had at that hour. So the spiral is: price increases but quality declines, then fewer customers, then fewer and less trained/motivated staff, the still fewer customers .... I don't see this ending well for the Avon Moe's

Service and food is bad for the price. Food seems very old and it’s not the taste I would expect from moes. Quantity is also less compared to what we got pre pandemic. I would suggest to stay away and go to chipotle instead
