My family got together here for a birthday and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and service was great. They even noticed it was a birthday celebration, played "Happy Birthday" and dropped off a surprise dessert (very kind, thanks again!). I had a pork bánh mì which was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service. We ordered takeout. The food was ok. Salmon in the spring rolls were overcooked. We also tried the beef fried rice platter, fried wings, and vegetable fried rice. All were about an 8 out of 10. I would go back to try other things on the menu because the service was very good.

The food generally always has a good taste here. The staff is freindly. The interior is plain and cheap looking but hey they tried. As or Vietnamese food is pretty good and deserves five stars for taste. BUT ... once we had a shrimp dish and the shrimp was not deveined and cleaned properly, that was a huge turn off. Not to say I wouldn't go back but we will stay clear of the shrimp from now on.

I come to Avon a lot because my son is in high school here. A place to punch in every time: I love salmon spring rolls and shrimp noodle soup, and the warm atmosphere! Although it is a new owner, the quality of food is still very good! This is one of the best pho restaurants I've ever had!

The new management has really done great things with the place. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. Pho was delicious and tasted like it was freshly made for each order. We will be back!

Small portion size and high prices. The spring rolls had 2 shrimp in them, and they were 7 dollars. The Banh Mi was small with little meat.

Loved the Pho!Went back for a 2nd visit, with new management/ownership and wasn't as enjoyable. Firstly the atmosphere is gone. There needs to be some light music or something playing as it was eerily quiet in there. We ordered spring rolls, which width is supposed to come peanut sauce to dip them in. The amount of sauce they brought was so minimal, it was a little embarrassing when we had to ask for more and the guy looked at us funny. There was literally enough sauce to dip one spring roll. Then when they brought her dinner, $17 dinner, there wasn't enough food to feed a child let alone an adult. Also the food was just okay. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be returning.

Met the new owners and they were very nice and welcoming. Had the house special beef pho which had great flavor. Looking forward to trying some other dishes soon.

Very nice people. I ordered three chicken pho. I have had pho many times. There was hardly any chicken, like just a few small bits, and the only vegetable was mint. A ton of noodles. This was a takeout order, so maybe it is better when you are dining in.

Small shop, VERY friendly owners! Every time I've gone, I always have a nice chat with the owners and the food is beyond great! Great place for a date, or a quick bite during lunch, or even a dinner with the family! Vietnamese cuisine is very tasty, not your average "Chinese" cuisine here... very healthy, no MSG or excessive oils, actual veges and meats prepared as if you were visiting a families home.

This place is a gem, small family run restaurant w/ consistently delicious food. I'm a pescatarian so my fav devious are the vegetarian banh mi sandwich w tofu, peanut sauce and pickled veg On a large crunch baguette. Of course the pho, and salmon dinner. When I'm really going all out, I'd get fresh spring rolls or the crispy salmon spring rolls. I love this place.
