Terrible service, the barista made our London fogs without milk foam and when we asked for foam she stated you’re supposed to ask for it and be charged for it. Everytime we have had these drinks made at other locations there was always milk foam on it. She then begin to argue with us that it’s not made that way and if you look on the Starbucks website it shows it does not come with it. We left the store because of her attitude and went on the Starbucks website and looked up the drink which did in fact state that the drink is made with milk foam. We will not return to the store after having our drinks made incorrectly and then being yelled at about it.

The coffee is always good, and the Frappuccino my wife likes is good as well.. the issue is the wait time. I ordered ahead on mobile, and it took 22 minutes to prepare the frap. When we arrived to pick it up, they hadn’t even started it. Definitely need more people working in the store if it is that busy, but it sure didn’t look busy today.

disappointing to see what was a wonderful place to connect with others has become so uncomfortable of an environment. the lack of consistency and care from management is obvious and destroying what could be a positive and impactful experience for customers and partners.
Came in just before 7pm on a Weds as the cashiers were counting the money. Not one said hi to me for minutes, nor told me they’d even be with me. They looked at me and ignored me. Finally the girl who was busy making drinks is the one who helped me. The one who was the most hidden behind machines and making drinks helped me. Not the two who saw me up front.I get you want to go home and you’re tired. But you’re still open. Better service please. Just tell people you’ll need a minute. That’s all they need to hear, instead of being ignored.

Came here to pick up an Uber eats delivery. Place was totally swamped which honestly wasn't even the problem. I can forgive delays when it is short-staffed and most other things related to that but what irks me is that I waited for over ten minutes for this order. Nobody once asked me what I was waited for or acknowledged my presence aside from a simple nod of hello. Numerous people who came in after me already got their orders so I'm not sure where the issue was other than not being attentive enough.

Recommend the vegetarian eggs & cheddar protein box. We arrive during a high volume period and had to wait for our preordered food. Staff worked diligently and were friendly. Bench seating looked uncomfortable as bystanders waited for their orders.Handicap parking on either side of the entrance. The vibe was loud and straight forward. My opinion is this location could use an expansion to better the cafe design.Vegetarian options: Always go with the protein box.Kid-friendliness: I saw a small high chair available.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking on either side of entrance.
