“I stop in here easily once or twice a week since I work very close by and the service, food, and staff are all great. While I wouldn't call my order complicated, I do have a standing "special request" for a couple extra Southwest vinaigrette on the side and every time the staff sees me they grab it for me. It may be a small thing, but working in this industry I know attention to detail matters. While I don't know any individual names of the employees, I recognize the same few people most time and just wanted to give them a shout-out, hoping that the company and management above them takes notice. This work isn't easy and I appreciate them!“

“This is the most amazing Chili’s. The girls are sweet and attentive, the food is hot and they are eye candy, everything works smooth in here and is just sooo relaxing! I’m glad I came here today after school in Tunxis college. Everything was lovely and just a beautiful evening with the snow coming down out the window. Amazing team, really good food and cold beer. “So nice to me and my girlfriend. Our pets passed and we were grieving together at the bar. The bartender, she was nice and made my favorite drink & was able to make the recipe I keep in my wallet. We were going through a bad time and ended up feeling good, and talked to my girlfriend for eight hours that night. Spent a lot of time together that night also comforting each other. It's very hard to lose a pet. and Chili's helped tremendously !! Didn't drink more than 3 large drinks, and the appetizers were so good. The sampler is our favorite, and the cheese fries for appetizers. We are a new couple, and Chili's made it better for us. “The chicken sliders were delicious! Perfect balance of spice (Medium) and sauce! I love them! I also ordered the Birria quesadilla. So flavorful. I loved the dipping sauce and the flavor sauce that came with it. The portion was huge. I couldn't even eat half of it. So convenient to my Airbnb!“

But this time, once I saw Birria tacos it called my name so I figured it was the best time and to try a new vendor at Parkville.I got myOrder in fast and only had to wait a few mini for my Order. It was a Saturday night but not as crazy busy as I thought it be.My Birria tacos were delicious! They were well stuffed with beef and flavorful. Meat was tender as well. “Our last experience was not great. The food was cold, and my steak was bloody. We went before the dinner rush and still had to wait forever for our food and forget about asking for extra sauces because you'll have to wait extr time for that. They were going g ro remake my steak but the waiters forgot to order it. My family finished eating and my steak never came out. I asked for it to be removed and they did, but then charged me for the drink and watery soup $12 that was supposed to be part of th 3for. The manager and waitress were rude & was taking smack about me I happen to hear them. I asked for their names and they refused to give it to me. They proceeded to yell at me and told me I had ate the soup and drank the lemonade. I wanted the waiters to come get the money for the bill and we happen to get the General Mgr who was appalled at their behavior and rectified the issue and gave my daught $20 gift card. She was awesome and so was the cleaning staff they got tips from us“

“I stopped here while I was Christmas shopping at Westfarms Mall.The young man (Ketan) that was working the cash register was pleasant and friendly.I had my usual Bean Burrito. It took some time to get it, but this was a great example of how a Bean Burrito should be made.It was hot and fresh & very well done ratio wise. It is a little more expensive here in comparison with most Taco Bell restaurants, but it is in a mall so it is expected.“

“Was very impressed with the staff. We came during dinner rush and expected a wait but were sat almost immediately.Food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and my steak was very overcooked. ( here is where I'm impressed) they staff was amazing about it. The manager came and talked to us. Comped most of our meal! They went above and beyond to help correct the mistake!This is our "date night" spot. Normally, the food is ALL amazing. It was a one-off, and we will ABSOLUTELY be back!“
