Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.

firstly, they don't accept flyer coupons.. but mostly, i paid $16.49 for a 6" roast beef grinder, double meat, 2 extra tomatoes, 2 extra pieces of 1/2 slices of swiss cheese, some brownish lettuce and oil and vinegar. Also, a cup of ice. I was shocked at the cost. The lady explained that a cup of ice is $1.25, the xtra slice of cheese is $1.25 , I did not get an explanation from her on the cost of the tomatoes, she had me look at the board on the wall to confirm that the price was accurate. I had to pay it regardless. Just thought it was alot of money for a 6 inch grinder and won't return there. Naugatuck takes coupons.

So rude!! We pulled up at 7:50 - he had a customer in the shop, saw us getting out and came out and turned off the open light and locked the door!! We were regular customers but will go to the New Haven Rd in future - must be doing well if they can afford to turn away a family of fives business!!'

Always very clean. Staff is extremely professional and very efficient in making your sandwich exactly how you want it. Speak loudly if you are wearing a mask (mine muffles my voice). Very happy with this location!

Small portions even toppings, and staff is very short well mannered, but short trying to rush you out if you only buy one sandwich which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant, don’t go to this subway bread is mostly air and wraps are usually stale.

I just want to say how happy i was with the service that we recieved. We are a large family and normally when we walk in to a place (decpite the fact that my children are well behaved) the attitude from employees start. The 2 ladys working were extremely nice and patient. They even interacted with my deaf daughter normally we will get dirty looks. We will definitely be back.
