Good in consistent and they have good value prices! The lunch special too is perfect, I order lunch at work all the time and it’s extremely convenient and they have a ton of lunch options!! I won’t be ordering from Happy Garden or any Chinese restaurant in the new Britain area ever again. Always disappointed. Happy Garden, please do a better job cleaning your chicken wings. My chicken wings had enough feather for a flight and to make a pillow. ???

They mess up the orders and after you get home to realize it they offer you a egg roll to make up for there mistake if you are willing to drive all the way back to them.. asked them to just give me a partial refund on foods that I was missing was told that they couldn’t do that unless I drove all the way back over there and gave them all their food back that is the reason I didn’t want to drive back to them for the missing items the inconvenience of going back and forth they had no careDo not recommend there customer service is bad and they do not take accountability for their mistake if I could do zero stars I would 0/10

I ordered 2 quarter of wonton soup - when I checked the bag, there was only 1 quart. I told the woman I ordered 2, so when she rang me up again for another quart of wonton soup, she charge me MORE for it! That's just WRONG!!!!
