“I was at Jersey Mike's for the "Day of Giving" when all proceeds of sales go to the local charities, currently the "Make A Wish Foundation." I placed a phone order for pick-up. When I arrived, there was a dedicated employee at the online/phone order pickup, and it was very organized. Great job by the management on such a busy day!!!!“

“The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious, bacon egg & cheese on croissant but my ultimate absolute FAVORITE is the chicken cutlet sandwich... I've been addicted to them but I've been dying to try the specialty sandwiches too. It's hard when this simple sandwich is just so mouth watering in itself!! I always try chicken cutlet sandwiches wherever I go & I happened to stumble upon The Cove one day & I'm so happy that I did, I will go out of my way just to hit this spot!!! “I'm a sucker for a good grilled cheese, and Melted Madness did not disappoint! The variety on their menu is impressive, especially how they incorporated so many vegetarian and vegan options into the mix! Their Buffalo chicken grilled cheese was one of my favorites because it tasted exactly like Buffalo chicken dip! I also really liked the signature "Melted Madness" which had a layer of melted cheese on the outside of the bread! All of the appetizers we tried were delicious, and I was glad to see the majority of them were made in house. Great milkshakes and seltzers, and save room for their sweet grilled cheeses or knafeh for dessert. The owner was welcoming and we noticed how she took extra time to talk with customers, and her staff was just as friendly. The food came out quickly, and I just loved the vibe of the place with the walls even looking like melted cheese. Literally a cheese paradise!“

“Simple idea done well. First time at a Hot Table. The menu does not prepare you for how great an overstuffed panini is. I came with a friend who got the the BBQ pork and I enjoyed the Cheeseburger. The latter sandwich isn't a burger at all it's shredded beef. This sandwich is really a Philly cheese steak elevated. It has the missing vegetables in toppings that make you feel like your choice if you're just a little bit more balanced than just a Philly. But of course for those who are purest they do offer a Philly cheese steak.The Panini's also come in sizes: small, medium, large, I found a medium a little bigger than what I could eat in a setting so I think the large would be for some smaller eaters, an easy 2 meal purchase. I got a salad to go and their salads are an amazing value. Nothing to complain about the food are the pleasant and efficient customer service from the staff. Since this location is at the mall my only complaint is the usual one, where are you going to..... ParkI recommend that it's as close as possible since you're gone before when you leave!Vegetarian options: One can request vegetarian or gluten-free“

“This location is great depending on which crew is there. The sandwiches are perfect and the crew is understanding of orders but you have to watch because they pump through so many orders you might end up with the wrong one. Highly recommend this location over others.“

“I returned to Subway today for a roast beef sub. Peter was all alone. The place was so busy. I was in line. Peter kept his cool through it all. I loved how this"One man show" put clean gloves on while making sandwiches. He took off the gloves ringing out customers. Then he reapplied fresh gloves and so on. He amazed me!! GREAT JOB TODAY PETER!!!! I hope your supervisor knows how valuable you are. He was polite and smiling through it all. Now I know why people like Subway so much!!“

“I just want to share my experience… I’m a store manager at a store in Rockyhill…… I had a horrible car accident last year which left my leg mangled and I’m now, after four surgeries within a year, now need a total knee replacement , yes I am back at work but being on my feet for 8 plus hours is painful and I swell really bad ….. so today after a nine plus hour shift I was swollen, in pain and just over my day….. I pulled up to the curb to your store so I didn’t have to stand to cook dinner and your employees as soon as I walked in noticed what I was going through. They told me to sit (which I brushed of and did not ) but just the fact they noticed I was going through something made me think…… they appreciated me being there and I wasn’t a burden to another order they had to do…… both of the associates we amazing compassionate and quite frankly down right amazing !!!!! If you need any more info you can reach me at Goodwill at 80 town line rd in Rockyhill . Your associates, blew me, a store manager out of the water with how friendly and welcoming they were. “Thank you for a tasty veggie wrap. Stuffed and wrapped so well. After an unplanned crazy day my only meal today made my night. (I seem to always get Subway when I have a bad day) The subway down the street by Walmart got a bad review from me because that wrap was so terrible I don’t get what’s so hard.“

“Ok. So, it's been years since I've had the real soft subway bread. This place also accepted coupons. People behind the counter were friendly. Place was amongst the cleanest Subways I've been to. I'd give 10 stars if I could.Too bad I live over 20 miles away. “I think Subway is feeling the heat of competition, and has stepped up their game in the cold cut and sandwich market. Service at this location was overall pretty good. Not much has changed with quality - like most Subways, they've gone from "a sandwich with your lettuce" to "can you please add a little bit more lettuce to my sandwich." But overall a decent experience at this location.“

“I had a great experience at this location, unlike the awful experience I had at the subway downtown recently. Every employee and the owner himself are consistently cleaning. You can eat off the floor here. All the food is well kept and always fresh as had been on my last three visits there. When I was joking and telling my story of another visit at another location, I said, “you would think that a food business would at least keep things clean in customer view…nobody could see what happens behind the counter or in the freezer, haha”. At this point both the owner and another woman there immediately invited to escort me go in the back, the storage area, even the freezer to take a look!!! I was amazed. I didn’t have to at that point!!“

“i've been to Hot Table a few times and it's always been a great experience. the staff is kind and the panini's are AMAZING!!! I love the Glastonbury location, it's in a plaza so parking isn't an issue and it's super clean. the prices may be a little on the higher side but honestly, I think it's worth it given the sizes of their Panini's, and the way they BURST with flavor!! the pesto chicken is my personal favorite and i don't think you can go wrong with ordering it! i absolutely recommend!“

When checking out they wouldn't honor a coupon because we didn't order one of the 'allowed' sandwiches (listed on a small sign at the cash register, clearly created by the manager) - there were no restrictions on the coupon.“

“Not sure what the employees name was but it's Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ?). Ppl always take the time to complain but we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service and this employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never go back. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway.“

“This location is the nicest Subway I've been to. From the outside it looks like any old subway but the inside is extremely clean and modern. Almost didn't feel like a subway at all.The people working there were very friendly. I was from out of town and they struck up some conversation with me. It was a very different experience than what I am used to from subway (give your order, get your food, leave). The vibe from the staff made it feel more like a mom and pop shop than a subway.“
