The place was horrible we walk in at 8:50 and the employees was already basically closed then the cashier some young lady I think name was steph that was working the cash register said we couldn't order at the cash register because the register was already closed also they were very unprofessional from the start the reason that we went inside was because they were laughing over the loud speaker and wouldn't take our order as we wait for our food we watch her smile and take another order after she said the register was closed whoever the guy from pizza hut was really nice not sure who he was but I was so pissed I didn't even get to thank him

Food is okay can't complain food is food right you consume it you eat it you enjoy it so I consumed it I enjoyed it no complaints only complaint that I have is the atmosphere of the service it seems to me like they didn't understand what I was saying the first time in the Drive-Thru window when you try to speak into it make an order so I decided to just go around and place to order inside was a little bit faster than the window so I can't really complain

This place has really turned around recently, it was the butt of jokes for a long time and a lot of us were expecting the place to close before it got any better- especially as pike night culture has largely slowed down over the last few years but honestly this place has really turned it around, drive through times are down, orders are coming out correctly. I don't go often but the last 2 times I've been there its been pretty good and for this place that's saying something hoping they keep it up.

The worst customer service EVER!The employees kept walking past us, for 5 minutes, not asking if we needed assistance with anything. Considering this is a "express" location for pizza hut, apparently their registers were down (just a guess) before they told us the kiosk is where we needed to place our order.But what really took the cake is when a homeless man came in and, sure they gave him water...... but THE EMPLOYEES SISTER CAME IN AND SHE WALKED OUT WITH FREE FOOD!!! The second they walked in, they were catered to. My initial intention was to call corporate, but they know who they hired. We will never return here!! And they're not friendly.

Dude at the window with the "star" tattoo above his eye brow gave me attitude and slammed the window in my face at the drive through when I asked where's my card and drink after he opened the window and said "what you want" in a aggravated tone. If you don't like the job but this the only job you can get bc you dropped out of high school be grateful.

So it's 10/02/24 and I decided to get some food from the drive thru because it was late. The time 11:25pm, all my food was cold, the people inside was making the food as I was trying to modify my nachos locks taco, I was told I couldn't modify my taco because it was already made and I literally was still at the ordering screen, I drove up got my food and when me and my wife parked to eat the food we got 3min ago we opened the deluxe boxes and all our food was cold, we ate some because I paid 30 or more dollars for it and threw the rest away, t don't think it's fair that I literally paid 30 something dollars and got a box of ice cubes instead, so upset and disappointed, this association has to do better.

I usually like this place. However, this one tall overweight woman throwing around everything in the kitchen. Apparently included throwing my food around. I don't know. Place is usually good, but people like this ruin the entire store.
