Love this place, when my father was around this was the only place he would eat pizza from. We recently celebrated the 12 year mark since his passing and my family gathered here and flooded the place in memory of him. They were able to accommodate us and it was greatly appreciated! The pizza is also incredibly good delicious. Anytime I’m around bethel I take a pie home!

TL;DR: correct your technical issues - don't send customers a text saying that the order is ready until the order is actually ready.Long version: Placed an order for pickup via slice. Got a text alert that the order was ready for pickup ~15 min before the start of the estimated time frame. I arrived ~7 min later, told the guy I was picking up for [name], and he said it was coming right up.They were busy (friday evening), so I was willing to be patient. I waited for a few minutes after watching others get their orders and then approached the counter, telling them that my order was ready and paid for and that I could just grab it and go. He said it was still cooking .I waited at least another 10 minutes, and finally, it was finished. The guy held it up to me to make sure it was correct, and I told him it was fine. But, like, shouldn't he know if it's done and correct? Idk, rubbed me the wrong way.I tried to explain that I received a text saying that it was ready, and that's why I showed up when I did. He tried telling me it was something to do with deliveries (but that had nothing to do with my order). I tried to clarify and let him know so that other customers wouldn't have to wait so long after getting their "ready" texts. He tried explaining more and apologizing, but it didn't seem like he really understood me.Thankfully, the pizza was ready within the original, estimated time frame. Also, it's a small place and it was very hot in there, so waiting that long was painful on top of wasting my time.I don't like ragging on small businesses, but I thought I'd be as constructive as possible bc I want to see them succeed!

I always order the gluten free meat lovers pizza with no cheese due to allergies. Bethel pizza has the absolute best gluten free crust around! It is amazing!!!! My family gets the regular pizza and it is always delicious! I highly recommend Bethel Pizza !

Hands down best pizza in the Danbury area!First off always greeted with a smile. Really happy friendly guys that love what they do!With the insane inflation that's going on the last couple years, a lot of restaurants are capitalizing on this by price gouging .Bethel Pizza House makes a quality pizza loaded with toppings at a reasonable price!My friend wanted gluten-free veggie pizza, 17 bucks and look at all the toppings!If you haven't been here and you love pizza check them out. Just loaded with goodness! :-)
