Having tried countless Birria tacos on the West Coast I can confidently say these are the best Birria tacos I've had ANYWHERE on the East Coast. It's no contest. We booked this out of town (for us!) event venue with our fingers crossed. We made the best choice ever. Warm, inviting, amazing staff, appetizers to die for. Easy parking, and hotels within a short driving distance. A beautiful brides room for the wedding party. Terrific bartender. If you are considering this location, don't hesitate. You won't regret it. “The Amber Room was absolutely FANTASTIC for our December 2023 Winter wedding! I loved how professional everybody involved was. What I loved the most in terms of planning was their TOP TIER communication skills. Katie was ALWAYS super on top of the event with promp emails, calls, and meetings. Katie is such a professional event planner and always made us feel comfortable, safe, a LOT less anxious and overall, she is just amazing at what she does! Her whole team too! The Amber Room is a beautiful place for any celebration and we are so proud that it is in our own hometown, what a Greater Danbury Area gem!
