Today I was having a pretty depressing morning. I decided to take a ride to clear my mind and have a cup of coffee. I drove to bethel stopped at the Starbucks in the Big Y plaza in Bethel. I surely was not expecting the greatest drive through welcoming I've ever received. Thank you Tayler ! Your amazing energy and fun spirit truly made my day. All it takes is spreading a little joy to make a difference in someone's day and you are surely rocking it ! Keep spreading joy and may God bless you always. ❤️

While on our college trip visits we stopped at this Starbucks. Even though they were close to closing time, the staff greeted us as if they just opened, they fixed our drinks and even warmed up some sandwiches for us. Thank you for your time!
Asked them for a LIGHT ice drink and they basically filled up the entire cup with ice and charged me $6.50 for it. They do this a lot at this location.

The Starbucks by Big Y in bethel is always fast and consistent! There’s a guy who works there that has the best sense of humor.. he introduces himself as “captain cappuccino” and “earl grey, no relation”. IMO, next he should call himself “pretty chai for a white guy”. I would pick this location over the rest every day of the week & twice on Sunday ?
Bethel and Southbury are the best Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to. Always consistent and quick. I really appreciate their efforts. Thanks guys!

We walked in 20 minutes before closing and the baristas were extremely friendly and fun, these baristas made our night and we were very satisfied with our customer service.
