i got charged twice for one pizza. I mentioned this to the owner and showed him my bank account and all i got was, im sorry. unbelievable, you lost my business. Bad business practices. Check your bank account so this doesn't happen to you. There are to many other good pizza places for this to happen.

I ordered a small cheese calzone. It was a decent size for $11, but I think it was a bit "doughy" and lacked filling. The side of sause was kind of too small if you're someone who likes a lot of sauce with their calzone. So, if you are, then order extra.

We ordered some takeout/delivery on a Sunday evening. We got a large mozzarella pizza, an order of garlic knots, and some fried mozz sticks. I really enjoyed the pizza. Not the best Ive had in the New Haven area, but not a bad pie at all! I ate more than I intended. The mozz sticks are good, but on the salty side. The garlic knots were tasty, a little small, and with lots of butter. Nothing was bad. And I really thought the pizza was decent. And having the option for delivery, we will be ordering again!

Since moving to Brandford 3 years ago this is a local take out for pizza or wings place. My favorite pizza to get here is the Margherita. I'm always doing a challenge or restricting carbs so my most ordered is their Garlic Parmesan wings. Service is always quick and friendly. I usually order through a delivery app and choose the pickup option as is walking distance from me.
Ordered from here and have several times but got two completely different pizzas the last order. When I called back to rectify the issue the manager on duty was very rude and told me “Thats what I ordered” and that “they were too busy to correct it and would give me a refund” that was Friday. Still no refund to have to order from another place to get the correct pizza. This is not the day and age to waste peoples hard earned money no matter if its .10 cents or $100.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars ordering from Branford Pizza over time, but the last service was unforgivable. I will never order from Branford Pizza again! I wish I could give them less than one star! Their delivery driver was incredibly rude, he delivered the wrong food, yelled at me, then hit my car on the way out (and ran)! When I called they manager of the restaurant, he tried to cover for the driver by saying it the driver said none of it happened! I have it on my security footage! This place is scummy. The food is nothing special.

This place is a joke. I don’t know how it’s still open. I ordered onion rings and a steak grinder on Uber. Total was 25 bucks for both. The steak grinder barely had steak. It was all burnt veggies and a pound of lettuce. It looks like he shredded the steak into tiny bits. The onion rings were burnt. I threw them away. I felt nauseous and sick for the rest of the day. Unbelievable.

The pizza was delicious but maybe I'm biased since I moved from Utah where pizza is ok. The steak sandwiches were good too. The owner was very friendly and the staff that were taking my order could be a bit friendlier like the owners but overall would recommend this place.
