Then, when you get to the drive-thru window, they slam the window in your face if you dare ask a question (relating to your order or even asking for a receipt). If you say “Thank you” there’s no response. They just give you this mean look. It’s as if they’re mad at you because they hate their job. Also, the food is subpar and lukewarm and sometimes the fries are stale. They never want to accommodate you for the cold food. The customer service really sucks and it’s unfortunate because I’m a Branford native. Therefore, I will be commuting to a different location with better customer service.

I came through drive thru, I ordered large onion ring, food was not hot, it was lukewarm , she only filled the onion ring container halfway, and they tasted nasty.When I called to complain, she said no one came through her line to order onion rings today, when I just left there 10 minutes prior .She was very nasty to me .Told me that if I still had the onion rings, she can add a few more hot ones ? In other towns , the management is so nice .She never gave me the receipt so I had no proof.Didnt think I d have an issue with a $4 order

The customer service here is terrible. Mostly all the woman in there shows they hate their job (I came on my lunch at 11:45am) . No greeting . When you say thank you no response . And when you ask a question their attitude gets worse .I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and came a different day and it was the same way .

Quick Service and hot food. No wait on Saturday at dinner time. Large dining room and single-use bathrooms. Parking is a little weird as you got to drive around the entire building and drive through to the other side. Some unusual seating inside too like you'd find in a waiting room.

I purchased 2 Italian chicken sandwiches with mozzarella. I received 2 sandwiches with what looked and tasted like white American cheese (they’ve done this before when they ran out of mozzarella) I returned the sandwiches (American cheese and marinara don’t blend well for my taste buds) this lady really had the nerve to bring out two bricks of cheese and hang them outside the window in my face (mind you there’s a lot of bugs and mosquitoes buzzing around the drive thru light) to show me that they only had yellow cheddar and mozzarella. Very odd

Online order; when arrived they were out of a few things! When I asked if everything was in the bag, the lady responded with a snippy attitude. As I opened the bag, she walked away and there were no napkins. As I leaned on the counter to grab a few extra napkins, some lady in the back started yelling at me in Spanish all because I needed napkins!Food was cold and staff was NOT friendly!
Love Burger King but they got my sandwich order wrong. Asked for no cheese on my burger but got it in there anyway. No biggie. I just scrapped it off.

Tried to order meal at drive through. Employe couldn't understand English well enough to give me what was advertised on sign. I gave up and ordered something else, then got charged 26 cents for an extra sauce for the what I got. Which is bull because if she could have communicated with me I could have actually gotten order I wanted to begin with. No sauce!

waited 30 minutes in the drive through at 10:30-11:00 just for the order to be wrong. if you want your food done your way don’t go to this burger king. staff was also standing around chatting inside while we were waiting for our food.

Impossible whopper was great but service terrible. Was there on a Friday evening 2mths ago , and this lady at drive thru saw my straw fall because she didnt stretch her arm out far enough… didn’t offer a new one …she proceeded to ignore, and “forgot” to give ketchup after telling her…. Of note, her face had no emotion hopefully she gets the help she needs
