I ordered ahead, said it would be ready by 9:20pm. I arrive at 9:25 and my order wasn’t even started yet. All the employees were ignoring all takeout orders. A guy was legit putting chips in a freaking bag instead of making the orders. As I sit there I realize there are more people waiting for their takeout orders than people who are walking in to order. This is outrageous and disgraceful. Terrible service to say the least. Not to mention the guy making orders is making a complete mess and throw everything together disgustingly. Both lines are disgusting and food is everywhere.

Out of steak. Out of Chicken Al Pastor. Out of carnitas. Out of barbacoa. Out of pico de gallo. Out of corn. Always out of fajitas. Then of course they skimp on both the chicken and beans, because they are almost out of those too.The problem with Chipolte is that there is no consistent quality. That, and the employees are taught not to give a hoot.The problem with this location is that they are always understaffed. That is the reason why they can’t keep the line stocked - which should be otherwise pretty simple. Whoever manages this store should be fired. And the regional supervisor should be canned too. Running the brand into the ground.

Whenever I order pick up, my order is completely wrong. I decided to go in and order at the counter yesterday. The place was a dirty mess. There were two teens trying to run the whole place, while the other 5 workers laughed and joked in the back area. Where is management, and why was this place so filthy? I love the food here and I wish they’d get their act together!

Slowest chipotle ever. They have the slowest guy working the entire line and it’s at the door and nobody comes to help move the line quicker. Absolutely ridiculous. Half the time the food has been sitting for a while and is gross. Don’t recommend if you’re in a time crunch and need something quick.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have been going to this chipotle since they opened. But recently they have been awful, terrible food, terrible service. Last week I ate a steak bowl and got food poising from this place along with 3 of my friends on different days. This place needs to be completely overhauled, new management!
