I always use my mobile app to order. I like racking up the points and being able to order just how I like to. The staff is always very friendly and gets my order ready for my arrival time. Never any issues.Parking: Small parking lot that can be very difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend going through the drive through at this location.Kid-friendliness: They have a small area for seating and I have seen people having breakfast with their kids there. They keep the establishment clean and bright.
The automatic ordering system neglected to include the sweetener for our coffee. It's not the fault to the staff, the cheerfully provided sweetener. Kind of disappointment that comes with Dunkin' Donuts today. Excuse me, Duncan. They're no longer a place for good donuts. In fact this store design has the smallest donut case of any Duncan that I've ever seen.not a place I care to revisit

I come to this Dunkin every single day. My house comes twice a day. Today, I make my order and the lady who took my order at 7:53 was so rude it’s literally unbelievable. She started saying “OMG” so loud when I asked for cream. She was so rude and gave me such an attitude at the window when I was so nice. I am not sure if she’s manager but she was wearing a blue shirt with glasses. But, I am not coming back because she was also there a few days ago and was so rude as well.

Good French vanilla swirl hot ? coffee ☕️!! Egg and bacon ? breakfast wrap was mini and perfect had mine without cheese ? ?!!

Terrible service. Walked in to get a gift card and the kid with a look of disgust on his face couldn’t get his register to work. The manager kept unlocking it and every time he logged in he said it locked back up. A couple of other people waiting actually left and went elsewhere. I’m a patient man, I left after multiple attempts. It was his attitude and face. I knits hard to get kids to work but seriously.. stay home. I don’t need to see that.
Just stopped by and waited 15 minutes inside to order while others walked out frustrated. When I asked if they'd take my order- the manager said no. I clarified- do I need to wait longer? He said- I'm not taking your order. I asked why he do tell me initially. He just laughed. Said - get out of here. Crazy!!!!!

I had ordered a light and sweet iced coffee, tried to give me a coffee dark as ever with light cream .. I kindly told them it’s supposed to be lighter 3 pumps of cream and 3 pumps of sugar , messed up three times .. need to train the workers on how to make coffee my coffee still did not have the right amount it’s light as ever now lol , I left since the drive through got busy

Pictured is a Frozen Chocolate which I ordered. (Its basically a frozen hot chocolate.) The drink I got tasted like frozen water with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. It was horrendous. When I ordered it, the person had no clue that was even on the menu. Never going to this Dunkin again.
