Called in with my complaint and they had me call back twice because "my manager isn't here. " Never received a call back or offered to correct my order. Paid for a very expensive cheese sandwich.

Customer service isn’t good at all. I ordered a sandwich, they didn’t have chicken cutlets for the sandwich and called me to cancel my order then refused to refund the order that they weren’t able to fill. The girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I had to go into the store and argue with them just to get my money back for an order they couldn’t complete.

Called at 620 too order 2 subs when they close at 7 and was told no it's too late to take an order if that's the case just close at 5 or 6 bad enough last time there subs were wrong but figured what the hell let's try again more
