I drove to this Subway location to pick up an Uber Eats order. When I arrived at the restaurant, all the lights were on and there was cash in the tip jar sitting on the counter next to a sign with the restaurant's business hours which clearly stated that they were open until 9pm on Sundays. When I arrived, however, there were no employees to be found. It was 8:45pm when I arrived. I called the restaurant's phone number and a man picked up the phone and I told him I was there to pick up an order. He said, "We closed at 9pm." I told him that it was not even 9pm yet, it was 8:50pm, and he just kept saying they were closed and then hung up on me. I had to cancel a customer's order because the Subway employee who was "working" decided to close the restaurant early for no apparent reason. The customer told me that I was the 3rd UE driver to attempt picking up their order and each time, there were no employees behind the counter.

This is the worst subway in the country!!!! It’s 7:40pm on a Monday night and they say it’s closed because of traffic on the highway. The owner of this subway should be stripped of his franchise and all employees fired. You should be blessed to be open on a highway rest stop. Instead your employees treat it like playground for losers do something about it already!! Been like this for years now!

I submitted a order to pick up in a Holliday trough the Subway app and subway app had no updated the information. Somebody that didn’t gave the name called me to let me know that they was closed already and the money could be return next day by Supervisor. Supervisor is really irresponsible that 4 days after this happened, the money isn’t back to the card yet and never called us. I called they never answer. I’m not closed ti be there anytime

7-7-23 order thru the app using code FLBOGO as I did to get buy one get one @ both northbound & southbound. I was @ southbound he said they don't do the combo which I ordered & they're out of Cheese & herb bread. Contacting distract Mngr bet both R lies!Closing @ 8:30 is too early @ a rest area....

I came here around 810-815pm and nobody was there then I waited 5-10 mins and someone told me they were closed for the night…. About an hour before closing and the food was still out

No shortage of spaces mid morning in the parking area. Staff were not overworked as the place was empty apart from the 3 of us in our party. Restrooms were clean and fresh.

This is really bad. Waited for 20 min. Called for people. Nobody answered. You can see the reflection in the stainless steel refrigerator door that someone is back there but no one wants to come out. There was no sign saying it was close and according to their schedule, they were supposed to be open. It’s not the first time when employees either are not out front or they give customers an attitude. Whoever the manager is, they should really focus on the franchise at this location both North \\u0026 South as it’s really bad.

Just left here and the guy that so called helped my wife was so rude. First off the he gave look he gave us, not a hi, how can I help you or are you ready to order, nothing. Then after my wife told him what she wanted he looks at me and says \"are you with her\". At that moment I knew this guy did not want to be here. While in the middle of making her sub he puts up his \"closed\" sign mind you it's only about 7:30pm. Once he rings her up and she pays he walked away not a thank you have a great day also no reciept. She had to reach over the counter to get her order. This is ridiculous and it's obvious he does not want to work there. Zero stars if you ask me.

Very rude employee, was annoyed that we were getting food and didn't really want to help us. We asked for 4 cups for water he hyave us soda cups and charged us full price for them, if water cost money he should have told us and then we wouldn't have got them...

Sighns still say 24 hours but there not rude staff and horrible management as after 4 Years nothing is changing don't eat here

Stopped about 5:30 pm and there was a note posted on the glass covering the food that said "closed for 20 min." Waited 15 while the two employees were out back peeking in the door periodically. One came into the back kitchen after 15 min and ignored us. The other employee walked out past us and didnt say a word. Before he exited the side door he turned and stated, "were closed due to an emergency." He left. What the heck?

Stopped in at reststop for a subaway , gentleman put a sign up closed will be reopen 15 min I ask him a simple question how much longer , he totally ignored me and started to stock up the meats and rearrange everything back and forth to kill time to close up , went to McDonald's and placed a order and just watched him rearrange everything in 29 min, definitely not happy with service I'm
