If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I am a 21 year old from NY visiting my boyfriend for the weekend. The bouncer tells me that my id is fake and the scanner is saying that as well. I told them to call the police and they refused. This was a ten minute ongoing conversation and they would not let me into the restaurant. Not only did they embarrass me but they disrespected me as well. They eventually let me in because they knew that they were wrong. Five minutes later one of the bouncers came up and apologized. I noticed that half of the prepubescent children were drinking and me as a 21 year old gets denied. Absolutely not. Yes, they apologized but the embarrassment that I endured was very unfair and upsetting. Don't think I'll ever set foot in this place again. For future reference, the bouncers and the owner should update their id machine and educate themselves on other state ids. VERY SAD.

Place looked cool until I met the the staff. Told me they could not serve anyone out of state? Ridiculous and entitled bartenders. By an ID scanner or don't be a bar. One bar tender was so rude to my friend she was little and evil. Don't recommend if u like friendly people

Its a really cool spot but there is no security and its crawling with 19 year olds. Also bartenders randomly select who they serve - no organization. If you're over the age of 21 and want a drink in less than an hour, go somewhere else.

Is this place even open? Been a disaster since new management. Was solid. Big news and UPDATE! The new team and management have turned it! Solid menu. Dedicated service. Very happy Dickie and Joy are here! We are back too!

Ok ... the stand you can say now has decent food . The new manager now and son with another employee and the 2 in the kitchen have done some good. Here are the concerns and issues still: 1. 11 am on a Sunday means you are open and ready to serve the public . 2. Interact with the customers now to see how all is going 3. Understand the stand has have 4 changes and has no loyal customers yet 3. Stop talking to just your friends at the bar and find out who is at your business. 4. My wife and I live in walking distance and are trying to support the stand . 5. It could be so much more if the group of people now running it are are friendly . 6. You need to cater to the well established locals to get you to the spring and summer time . 7. If you think the "business will just come " you are mistaken. 8. Again "explore the floor" and maybe ... just maybe you can make it. 9. 4 times in 10 days . Impressed with the food but not the service . 10. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE . Don't wait until you figure it out . Menu button doesn't work and there is no good reason it doesn't .

So much potential but lagging in offerings. I wish I could love this place. I would love to see gluten free options, more diverse menu.

The Stand is interesting.... It's a hot mess at night in the summer but what isn't in the drunkuda triangle of Indian Neck. (not my best work shut up) Food is solid from what I've had, drinks are over priced and good but not incredible - not worth NY prices. Brunch is kinda lame and the standwich has changed in some way almost every time I've gotten it. Dogs outside is a major plus, if only my dog would hang out with me. The olives hanging from the wooded seating area are meh at best, kinda flavorless and possibly not olives - we were a little drunk... Look if you go sat night in June you know what you're getting yourself into but I find the stand to be very versatile and it hits a lot of different demographics throughout the day. It gets annoying as the night progresses however, they scan ids but I'd be shocked if some of those kids were 21. I'm getting old I guess. Staff has always been friendly and I enjoy the meals I've gotten, the food trucks are interesting - haven't taken advantage but late night bites are lacking in this area. With the amount of boozing they may be doing a public service with those things. Not sure what the deal is with this place and im not sure they know either.

Raw Ribs, the waiter did take them off the bill for us, but they were just gross. Overpriced drinks. The frozen Watermelon Sangria was good, but $12. Gets crazy crowded & bartenders seem understaffed & hard to get service. Good live music & outdoor atmosphere if you go early enough. Eat somewhere else first. Parking fills up quick & nowhere else to park.

This was a wonderful place for barbecue. I haven’t been there because of Covid for a while. When I noticed they were open I couldn’t wait to go and I was completely disappointed over the service, the portions, the way the food was prepared. There’s no reason for me to ever go back there again
