An employee lifted his shirt and scratched his enormous belly at the drive thru window before taking our payment and giving it back. Disgusting.

I'm lactose intolerant so I asked for NO CHEESE and when I opened it at home there was cheese on, thanks a lot for giving something I can't even eat without being stuck on a toilet for a while

Ordered just a Dave's single, plain, not even ketchup. The person who took my order had to explain, in Spanish, to her coworker, what I wanted. When I got the ? I moved to another counter and checked. There was a huge piece of soggy slimey lettuce and a ton of cheese, partially melted. It was the worst burger I ever got here. Problem 1-the food was NOT FRESH, and the burger definitely was not cooked fresh. Problem 2- Language barrier, a huge issue. With food that looked like that, my guess would be, there is a cleanliness issue in the back as well. This place used to be great. I will never go back.
