For a place that promotes fresh food, health, and wellnes... this is definitely not the place to dine in and eat. Very messy, tables with food leftover from previous guest, and unkempt to say the least. Food is okay, but hygiene and cleanliness are questionable.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR MOBILE ORDER WITH THEM. Make sure you go in person and keep track of what food and how much food they put into your bowl, burrito, etc. Extremely inconsistent location. Food is 50/50, youll never know what you get. Fresh or not fresh. Most of the time I order online my bowl comes half missing.

We don’t see you make it so you can do what you want. This is the 5th time in the last month I have received an extremely unsatisfactory portion of food from this location, and when I went in store to confront, I was given nothing but attitude and lackadaisical behaviors or concern. Learn how to make portions right, ESPECIALLY when I’m paying EXTRA for the food I’m expecting you to give me. I should at no point be spending $23 on a bowl and getting literally half of it filled.

I ordered burritos and they poorly made the food. They added about half of spoon of rice etc and had a whole bunch of sour cream; and failed to add steak. Which I paid for in full. If your looking to getting chipotle. The drive is worth going to the one in Fairfield CT. They pack you a nice big burrito with no hesitation and it tastes so much better.

BPT police could make at least $5K+ a day handing out fines to the scumbags that park in the handicapped spots. Oooor, hook up your local tow truck companies, n give them A LOT of business towing fools.Service here has been very inconsistent. Luckily, they have not messed up the food yet.Stop letting "homeless" people harass your customers for money when they leave.

Placed an online order for pickup at 2:10 and I was there until almost 3pm! The app said my order was ready for pickup and my order was not on the shelf! I alerted the person doing online, he told me to give him a moment and he stood there and completely ignored me. This Chipotle is the absolute worst! I also didn’t get the portions I asked for, I was given half spoon of meat and less than half spoon of salsa. Absolutely disgusting as if it was for free!

This location is unbelievable! They are actually serving half scoops of meat and sides! Then they load it up with vege. I requested my rice and guacamole on the side instead of in my burrito and the girl charged me almost $6 extra! My burrito had chicken and salsa only but I paid $15.65? It’s the same size as my palm! RidiculousI order the same exact thing at the other locations in Milford and Fairfield with way better experience. I’m disappointed

this place has been really lacking with the bowls and recently the staff have been so rude … i decided to order a bowl today through delivery and they didn’t get any of my order right ? all the veggies i wanted aren’t in the bowl and they didn’t even give me the right rice and meat ? don’t go here just go to the one in milford since they are way nicer.

The first stop was in Fairfield next to PetcoThe machine to pay stopped taking debit...only cash. Left that location and went to the Stratford Avenue location. The food was good. The service could have been much better. Servers not very friendly and there was about a 25 minute wait for steak to cook. It was first time going to Chipotle. Not the best experience. Maybe it was an off day as far as customer service. I will go again. The steak bowl was pretty good.
