Absolutely atrocious customer service, from start to finish. The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The wait times were exasperating, and when assistance was finally provided, it was done so grudgingly and without any genuine effort to resolve issues. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment.

They had a sign that says inform about allergies so I told him about my allergy, and the lady was laughing being sarcastic about it and I find it offensive goes against ADA and allergies I really am disappointedDietary restrictions: I said I have a nut allergy laughed about it

I like me some dominoes every now and then, but this experience has to be the worst experience I’ve had.Not only did the driver argue with me on the phone. But he threatened to bring my food back even though he was sitting right outside my house because he didn’t want to have to get out of his car to come to my front door.I live on the first floor, and the front door is a hallway that leads to either the first floor or other floor departments.My front door is in the hallway, not the front door of the building. Yet this delivery driver argued with me on the phone about bringing the food to my front door which is on the first floor.I am leaving this review because the number for the specific dominoes doesn’t work. And I had tried to call to get a refund for the tip. I left for that driver before the driver got here.Like the unprofessionalism is crazy if you don’t want to go to peoples doorways find another job!!!I will not be ordering from Domino’s again.

Rude Staff! If they get your order wrong don't expect a courteous remedy. They don't care about customer service at all! Takes forever to answer the phone and they'll hang up in your face if you have complaints!Driver forgot an item and said he would return with it. A great bit of time passed and he never returned. We made multiple phone calls with long hold times. Finally after the establishment is closed they decide to answer the phone only for a RUDEST woman alive respond to me with "what"? and then slam the phone in my ear! My husband and I were both hung up on about 4 times before I was finally able to keep "Luis"(who also hung up on us) on the phone long enough to request that they refund me since after 40 minutes they had not returned with the item. They are 8 minutes away
