Maybe it's cause I was in a rush today but The two ladies at the registers had some really nasty/rude attitudes when I asked to break up a $20 the first lady said she couldn't do it and that her register was closed so I said okay and I asked if the other lady next to her could break up the $20 for me the first lady had a really mean and hateful attitude as the second lady I asked said no the first one turns to her and says to the second one "didn't I just say we can't break up any $20's?" I was half ways away from telling her that she ONLY mentioned her own register and that It was closed not the other lady's register plus I had just seen the second lady be passed a 20$ by another customer and he got change all in all my gripe here is the really nasty attitude I was given

This location sucks the girl with orange hair making the drinks can’t follow a simple coffee order how hard is it to put only ONE cream. I asked nicely to make it over and to put one cream because anyone who really drinks coffee know it’s too much cream just by looking at it. When she did make it over she put way more cream than my original order. I feel she was just being petty at that point because I asked to make it over?

The store is under new management. It’s nice to finally see a manager who cares! I have noticed a difference already. I can’t wait to go back. I will definitely be a regular for now on!!!

1st time we ordered 2 double egg croissant and cheese Melt the co-worker did it well. Later I went to order the same double egg croissant 2 of them but the young lady didn’t confirm with me and she had given 2 cheese Melt. I thought thats fine and i left from there!When I open it in my car, it didn’t taste the same. The young lady had made them bad, it taste like a piece of bread. I felt bad, treating the customers good and having some patience is very important right?

We Placed a huge order of the food for the adults with disabilities program I work at and a lot of the food was missing. We returned back to the store with the receipts explaining that we were missing the food. The women on shift refused to give us the muffin and wouldn’t connect us with her general manager. Terrible service and very disappointed seeing how we order from this exact location every week.
