The day i entered their coffee machine was broken ? what type of dd is this ???!!?when my son finally got his bagel twist it was cut short by a lot ?the employee in the back cooking was on a phone call how outrageous????!!!??it took 10 mind to have our bagel twist !!don’t recommend do not come here ever?? the employee did not let us order what we wanted to. She made us order something else.

I had made an order yesterday for the Butter Pecan drink, and the lady was being rude rushing me and she gave attitude to another customer after me for trying to call his daughter and ask about a drink he obviously didn’t know what it was. Then today I said to her I wanted the Butter Pecan drink again, and she was acting dumb as if she didn’t know what it was when she told me what the drink was the other day, and the other worker told her, “oh the Butter Pecan crunch drink?” I was like yes, and she said, “the iced coffee drink?” Like I’n pretty sure it says on the label Butter Pecan, I think she just didn’t want to make the drink or something. Like you might be an older lady but if you don’t want to work there, simply, don’t.

Believe all the terrible reviews for this location. Not surprised. It’s a shame. A bunch of grown little kids hired to serve peoples food. Where are real managers? 20 minutes in the drive thru. Never again. They’re rude and immature for no reason. And I’m pretty sure Dunkin Donuts employees are not authorized to be handing customers free gym passes after ordering for a family either. Someone should probably talk to them about that. Be serious. Act minimum wage and stay minimum wage. Clowns.

At this Dunkin’ Donuts, I have always had a pleasant encounter and even better service. The morning crew are amazing and efficient. They always deal with a large amount of customers especially during the rush hour when everyone is starting their day or heading to work. The staff are always accurate with my order and never fail to meet expectations from us customers. I love the morning crew here and just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of their hard work and efforts. Thank you Dunkin Donuts morning crew at the store on the corner of Main Street & Federal Street in BPT, CT. You all are truly amazing!

this place is discusting …. the chinese lady in the counter has a rude attitude! ontop of that she no gloves worn while touching MY donuts.. & the ones she dropped she decided to stop pick them up with the paper she used mind you she is touching the floor !!! doesnt wash hands starts touching other stuff and proceeds to bag MY FOOD ?? and gets upset that she messed up my order… lady get it together

I would like the owner to pay attention to the reviews this place is receiving. Overall you NEED TO RETRAIN YOUR WORKERS.Especially the African American cashier earlier today she behaved like a mongrel who needs to be vaccinated. She needs to be FIRED ASAP!! This person lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE. She needs to learn to leave her problems at home and conduct herself in a professional way. If a customer is waiting for a very very long time..it is the duty of the cashier to remind the customers that are waiting "in a timely manner" "I WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY" that helps!! No DD employee should be escalating any argument because a customer asked, is anyone home..I need to go to work. If the correct protocol was practiced I wouldn't have to ask that question. This cashier who behaved like a rabid raccoon..yelling I was rude to ask that question. Continued to escalate how rude I was to ask the question. I said, no you are rude and unprofessional. She threatened not to serve me..I drove up..I requested someone else to serve me. This mongrel pushed her supervisor aside encouraging her not to serve me. The mongrel came over to the window and kept slamming the window numerous times. I was looking at her and laughing. I said do you think your hurting me? You're not!! Your distasteful behavior reflects the brand you serve. I had to drive up and put her in her place. The supervisor took my order and acted professionally... I will not spend my$$ to be bullied by anyone. You either learn to adapt and display good customer service or simply go back in the gutter with that nasty attitude of yours!!
