We ordered a total of 4 things and only got 2 out of the 4, to then be told that she didn’t add it to the order and to be charged again. Not only did she repeat the full order back but she made us wait and still never got the bagel. It’s incompetency.

Staff told me they couldn’t make a Charlie cold brew weren’t doing them anymore!! But then she said you can get a cold brew how ever you want!!! Omg ??♀️ so I asked her for 3shots of caramel cold brew cold foam and cinnamon. Which is a Charlie cold brew. ??♀️ she Made it but still messed it up addding milk. When I said black. And was very sloppy making it. Both front staff had an attitude like they didn’t wanna be there I even had to ask for the cinnamon again because she didn’t add it. Worst service ever.

A lot of times they try to charge me even though I order and pay on the app.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins, 10 mins before ordering and another ten for the two cars that ordered ahead of me. Ordered a Dunkin midnight, munchkins and a wakeup wrap. Coffee was room temperature and wakeup wrap smelled and tasted like charcoal. Munchkins were good and tasted fresh.

The food and drinks are good overall but the workers are really rude, if you want to go to this Dunkin donuts then prepare to be treated with 0 hospitality. The workers act as if they don't have ANY sense and get ticked off at anything.
