This place had the best hot chicken I've found so far in CT. I got "the Reaper" level heat. They make you sign a waiver because it's so hot. Did it deliver? Hooooooooo, yes it did. I was pouring sweat yet enjoying every bite. One downside, it took me the whole next day to recover LOL. I got The Sando - Reaper with fresh cut fries and a soda. Hmm, beer might have been nice but not an option. Highly recommended!!??

When I went there, the place smelled awesome and it was cleaner than a Starbucks. And the atmosphere was fantastic. It also was probably the best fried chicken and the seasoning was fantastic. And all the food came out in 15 minutes whilst there where other people in it.

Great little place, the woman that cooks and prepares the food is super nice and the cashier is polite, the chicken was good, everything was good, great portions of food, after eating there you sure won’t be hungry until the next day.

We ordered chicken sandwiches and each sandwich had only one thin tender inside! More than half of the sandwich was just bread and coleslaw.We have been getting food here from when it opened. The food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great sometimes not. Definitely our last time.

You really do get what you paid for, food quality and quantity is outstanding. Big fresh pieces of fried chicken that’s properly spiced unlike some of these other places that haven’t even heard of salt and pepper. Service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and considerate. Will definitely come back again.

We were driving thru the area looking for a tasty spot to eat, and to support a local business. The chicken was soooo good. Crispy, juicy, seasoned to perfection. I got medium level spicy - if you are sensitive spice level go with mild. HUGE portions. Sat outside so we could eat with our doggo.
Honestly the food is great but the service is absolute trash. It looks like a disorganized mess back there. Music is far too loud makes the joint unapproachable

Still pretty good, not as good as when they opened. Some people complained about selection, but a small menu is always better than a large one. It allows a restaurant to focus and specialize on what they serve, ask chefs like Gordon ramsay. Quite frankly the food was fresher, hotter, and crispier when they opened. I miss when the menu only had 3 items.

The chicken was very fresh! Crunchy and well seasoned outside with a soft and juicy inside. Portions are HUGE making up for the price of the food. The only thing i would complain about is not enough sauce, the sauce completes the chicken entirely and the containers aren't even large enough to dip in. If anyone gets the hot or spicy, the mac n cheese is a must!!! Its made of real cheese and is also seasoned well. The cheese is good at calming down the hotness of the chicken and its super yummy. Order ahead of time because there's a high demand for this chicken but it's definitely well worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and they're careful about their orders. They play good music on the inside while you wait and they have good tables, perfect for eating outside.
