Thank you guys for making such great tasting fried fish. I appreciate the food quality. The black bean stew was on point, and the sauce was flavorful.

Never have rice left. It’s been 3-4 times. I ordered online and when I arrived they said there wasn’t rice after they charge me.

Running out of rice hours before you close is so unprofessional. Every once in awhile is ok but everyday is crazy. If you want rice you have to call way earlier and have your food sitting out for hours it's unacceptable and health code violation. The food is amazing and I order at least twice a week Please fix the rice issue restaurant's shouldn't run out of food hours before you close.

The food was good and there was seating so you can eat your food there if you choose. As there are no Hatian restaurants where we live, we drove 1 hour to go to Jean's. The staff wasn't the friendliest at first and seemed annoyed until my partner started speaking Creole, then they warmed up a bit. It took longer than expected to get our meals, however again the food was good.

For me if the customer service is this bad I don’t care how good the food is. I’m never giving them my money again. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !

The food was delicious. This was our first time here. I would definitely come back to try different dishes. The only thing was the fried chicken was too dry, but good flavor. The puree bean sauce was yummy. Best tasting green plantains.

This is some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve had in Connecticut, how ever their server (I am unsure of her name, but trust me, you will see who when you meet her) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, if it weren’t for my CRITICAL need of food from back home I would have walked out.

The food is so flavorful and great portions for your money. The service is pretty good when there not super busy. The atmosphere is pretty welcoming. They don't have much parking but the area isnt hard to Park in.
