Came here for the first time. The outside is a little rough looking but the inside is clean, the food was great and the people were very friendly. Definitely will go back. The only negative is there is no drive-thru.

My whole meal was recooked instead of been thrown away!!
No complaints about food or service. It depends on the time of day and day as far as service is concerned. If they have the right amount of staff, things move along rather quickly. But most of delays are caused by customers that either don't know how to read a menu or walk in there not knowing what to order....and that can be very frustrating if the restaurant only has one person at the register. COME ON People!!!..at least know what you want before heading to the register. Don't call your BFF asking what to order while someone is is behind you that knows exactly what to order. The staff is very kind and patient to these people..so they get a plus for that.

Never order delivery from here. This is the third time I’ve ordered through Uber Eats and every time part of the order is missing. This time I had 7 items missing. Terrible experience.
THE KFC menu is ' No surprise' very consistent no matter where you 'fetch' it. This location in particular is always ready to serve and help no matter how busy, or minutes before closing it is. The folks that work here make KFC, a better place. Clean hands, clean kitchen and clean location. Thanks for years of great ambiance and consistency.

customer service is ok but the way they prepare the food is never good as of recently. Not sure what is going on but I ordered a bowl, barely any chicken, little to no cheese, excessive amount of gravy. I do not recommend.
