A coworker referred me to try La Cabaña, so I decided to go today for lunch. I ordered the Mofongo con Camarones and LET ME TELL YOU....... IT'S DELICIOUS!!!Good size food portion, the flavors of garlic and all the spices are on point. Can't wait to go back. Thank you again!!!!

Sorry to say but this food to me is not good at all, the pork is dry and with no flavor tastes like the pork is cooked in charcoal. The beans are definately from a can and has absolutely no flavor at all.

La Cabaña is now located at Boston Ave. A friend came to visit for a week, and he used to go to the old location at North Ave., and wanted to visit La Cabaña before going back to Cali. We ordered the chicken sandwich w/ frijoles or habichuelas. The chicken is smoked behind the food truck together with the pork (pernil). As you can see the sandwiches are of generous size, you can easily feed 2 people with 1 for lunch. But I ate mine completely all by myself. The flavors combined are amazing, and with the beans it is a complete meal. The bread is crispy and fresh, the smoked chicken tastes amazing and the meet is tender and juicy. This sandwich is for sure one of the best I had in a long time. Definite will come back for more. If you drive up or down Boston Ave. make sure to stop and get your some. You can also order and have it be delivered or picked up. See you @ La Cabaña!

OH MY!! This food truck was a pleasant surprise. Hubby got the pork, rice and beans...I started to order the same, and then the smoke flavor hit me hard, ordered the chicken and I was not disappointed. Hubby tried to eat all of mine. Excellent food, service, and price. We will definitely be back. The only thing missing was a "signature" sauce to kick it up even more. LOVED IT.
