Mr.Crabs was my favorite seafood restaurant .until I Went yesterday THEY FELL OFF . The taste of the snow crabs boil wasn’t the same . It was bland and oily . No soap in the bathroom and I saw an employee go in there and straight behind the counter .Never

I loved the New Haven location however it’s been closed for a while, dined in yesterday evening and it was a peaceful vibe restaurant wasn’t busy at all, they were out of lemonade for a few drinks listed on menus food was amazing shrimp was clean lalthough they didn’t have broccoli or Dungeness crab legs. Everything was good until the server got defensive after I asked about the TIP on the receipt it’s included as stated on the menus it says if you dine in it’s an automatic 15% tip included the receipt also had tip suggestions below all the fees.

Lobster Rolls were on point! I will definitely come here again. We got take out via GrubHub, which added about $20 to the order - not the business' fault, but I'll be going direct from here on out.

I was craving a fish sandwich for lunch the place I normally go to closed early. I’ve been never here before but gave it try. I found my new favorite fish sandwich. It was delish!!! The buttered roll may it 100% better!!!

Went here yesterday 11/6/23 4p. The place was practically empty. I ordered Clam Chowder for starter & sent it back because it was lukewarm.Came back cup half full, I only took 2 spoonfuls, then finally came back hot. Cutlery ? was bent. Asked for another set. **Beware they include the tip automatically in pricing** I won't return!!

Ordered lobster bisque, good flavor but I'm wondering was their Surimi mixed with the lobster meat. Lobster roll disappointing. Waiter person was also bartender and bus person. Resulting in poor service. Ambiance was good, attractive interior. Would not return.
