? DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My sister recommended this place bc her and her family love it and been going there for years! So I tired it and the first time it was pretty good, but last night we went and this time the Food was cold/stale and surprisingly only two/3 options for meat! Chicken wings chicken breast wrapped in bacon or steak. Once we made out plates and paid we sat to eat there at the restaurant and as we were about to start eating a cockroach came running across the table walked over a plate of food and then circled the table and ended up in the napkin holder! Naturally me and my lil girl screamed and my partner began to gather our things to leave I went to the cashier and explained what happened and she wasn’t surprised and offered to let us make new plates!!!! I said no I don’t want a new plate that disgusting and we are no longer even hungry at this point so please just give us back our money she went back and forth with us about making a plate to go etc and we had to keep insisting to get our money back she finally spoke to someone in the back and came back and gave us our money back and continued serving food and letting people sit to eat didn’t even bother cleaning our table aside from taking the plates!!!!

They have a buffet style where you fill your plate and they weigh the plate and charge you. A lot of Latin foods very good . Their meats are cooked over fire and they have someone cut it infront of you.

These are one of those Brazilian places that you pay by the weight of your food. My daughter filled hers with just rice and beans, she obsessed with it. My steak had a nice charcoal flavor to it, but it was kinda dry.

We were coming here before for take out and really like this place but we realize after today that they were upcharging us with adding tip to our bill. We realized this because our food wasn’t a lot by weight but they charged us $29. This was the second time this happened. For this reason, I don’t think we’re coming back to this pantanal. Something’s fishy is going on with them adding tip without the customers knowing.
