Good evening went in for a mobile store pick up today at 10:19 am And was very disappointed with my frappe it taste like milk not once but twice .Because I had them remake it .. usually during the week they make it great but not today I was very disappointed!!

Hit or miss. Depends on the crew working that day. The store itself is fine, it's the local flavor that needs policing.#1. I don't need someone opening the door for me, n than asking me for money on my way out for his "service". Most of these guys are a team that are NOT homeless, it's just a racket they run all day, n than split the money. You see the same dudes taking shifts at the highway exits, n than at SB & Chipotle.#2. BPT police could make at least $5K+ a day handing out fines to the scumbags that park in the handicapped spots. Oooor, hook up your local tow truck companies, n give them A LOT of business towing fools. I notice these same clowns don't go to SB, loiter, bring their Chipotle food to eat at the outside tables, or sometimes even inside SB.

Worst Starbucks ever. The service has never been good, always okay, but since 2022 it has gone off a cliff. Awful, awful customer attention and service, baristas don’t know how to make simple drinks, atmosphere is all wrong. Don’t go here unless you want bad coffee and terrible service.
Waited almost 20 minutes for a mocha and after I left in a hurry found I'd been made a bland latte. Disappointing, I'm happy to pay a premium for quality but this fell fat short

Its been a couple time already before i decide to write this, but DONT come to this place at mon to weds in the morning, some of them in there is unprofessional, people come to buy and pay for they drink, breakfast, OK.! People don’t come and ask them for free?? I ask for the largest cup they has, I didn’t said venti or grande i said biggest cup you guys has, and guess what, they gave me a grande ?? and when i said this is not the size i ask, (the lady, couldn’t hear you, with a glared ? ) and no they didn’t remake the drink that i pay for, just dump it in the bigger cup. After 10 15 minutes of waiting.! For 1 ice coffee?? 1coffee.!I gave credit to the food territory, they quick and fast, 3,4 min, food is right out.!This starbuck is right in the center of the city, Downtown.! I mean the remodel, is nice, expensive looks.! But i thinks this place still need TO REMODEL THEY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF EMPLOYEE.!!
