This was my first time going here. The item I wanted was not available ? Anyway, my alternate selection was great!
Went with my family and ordered tacos with add ons. None of the tacos came with the add ons. not on them or in a separate container. They were not in the bag at all. I paid so much money in total just for the tacos and I had to pay even extra for the add ons to not even get them? that is ridiculous. and on top of that , the wait to get my order was crazy. Waiting about an hour for an order is not ok.

this Taco Bell is very unprofessional. My food came with no napkins. Not to count I ordered 3 tacos and only received 2. I requested extra sour cream and got very little. If I was in person I’d ask to speak to the manager.

On 1/15/2024 Today at 4:34:50 PM I went through the Drive threw to buy tacos variety sup Pack for my family and when i got home to serve my family my husband found a hair rite in the meat. Please put nets on. I will surely call corporate cuz it's disgusting.

Two of my friends and I ordered food inside at a kiosk and customized several of our food items, but when we received our food none of our items were customized, and our slushy drinks were forgotten. Drive-thru is better because even though the wait time is usually long, all food as requested is served and made with the expected ingredients.
