I’ve been here multiple time and have always loved it they for the people saying there doing false advertising the service different things for lunch and dinner so there customers don’t get to bored of the same foods and yes there are crab legs but only for dinner and I’ve never had a waitress force me for a tip maybe it just one bad person and the price are so good

This felt like it must have once been great. The restaurant may. not be able to afford it, but needs a face lift. The waitress was friendly and I tipped her. The cook at the Hibachi also friendly and capable. The food at the hibachi bar, while not varied much, looked and tasted fresh. However, pretty much each and every buffet item was meh to terrible. Wonton soup didn't feel all that fresh and was not all that hot. The dumplings were cool inside. The orange chicken was mostly oily breading in overly sugary sauce. The BBQ pork was tough. I didn't swallow a few dishes I tried. It's too bad, a well managed buffet can be a magical experience. The price is really good, but I think if they made this place a lot better, even just at the food level by working on the issues that make so many dishes sub-par, they could easily raise the asking price. I will not return.

Terrible service. There was not many people there but was rushed out regardless. The staff walked about 50 feet ahead of us and was almost running. Buffet looked nice but most of what I attempted to eat was either flavorless of all batter(fried shrimp was all doughy batter and very tiny shrimp. Staff removed a plate before it was finished. It was a terrible very sad experience. Will never return and I suggest others go up the road. F-

You will be forced to pay tip minimum 6$ for nothing just took ur plates and cold food .One of them bring us the check and ask us ( force us ) to pay her tip which is 6$She Was so rude and unprofessional.

Yeah nah. I tell myself every time I get invited here that I’m not coming back, then I came back today (so it’s my fault at this point) and while I was eating, one of the waitresses dug so far up her nose, I spit my food out. She didn’t put hand sanitizer on or wash her hands or anything. She sat down and continued tallying up the receipts. I’m sick. Normally, I wouldn’t put people on blast, but that was just unacceptable.
The food is great the prices are very reasonable the sushi bar is elite and the chef can cook anything for you that's not at the buffet fresh overall amazing experience I will be returning here

I have always eaten here and never had a problem with the tip. I usually leave between 5-10 at a self serve place. But today an employee was demanding about 18 dollars. She literally told us to not come back if we didn’t have money. Mind you all she did was give us drinks. She threw away my mom plate of food before she was done and spilled things under the table. And she was sooo rude. Looking for other buffet places to go to eat with my family any suggestions?

Its really a "Hit or Miss" with this place. I've enjoyed or cussed. Only problem when I dined in the waitress literally ? asked for a tip.. I was paying with my card so I added to the total.. maybe she NOT getting ?
